Airtel has launched a cashback offer for its customers who are planning to purchase a new smartphone. The offer is known as Mera Pehla Smartphone program, where telecom operator is providing cashback up to Rs. 6,000, so that customers can upgrade their smartphones during festival season.
However, there is a catch. This offer is designed for only prepaid customers who are buying smartphones up to Rs. 12,000. This means if any customer purchases a smartphone above Rs. 12,000 will get a cashback offer.
How To Get Airtel Cashback Offer
To get the cashback offer, prepaid users have to recharge their number with Rs. 249 or above pack for 36 months. Besides, the telecom operator announced that cashback will be received in two parts like instalments of Rs. 2,000 after 18 months and Rs. 4,000 after the period of 36 months.
The telecom operator also announced that all buyers will get a message from the company before receiving the cashback. Also, the telco states that buyers will get cashback in their Airtel Payments Bank account.
“Smartphones are now a basic need, especially in the post-pandemic world, as customers look at access to a range of services digitally. As millions of customers across India aspire for a quality smartphone for a good online experience, our ambition is to make it easier for them to own the device of their choice,” said Shashwat Sharma, director – marketing & communications.
Apart from that cashback offer, Airtel is providing a one-time free screen replacement; however, the same offer will be valid for only one year from buying the offer. To provide this offer, Airtel has joined hands with Servify for repair/replacement.
This offer provides an extra benefit of up to Rs. 4,800, but for that customers have to enroll themselves via the company’s app within three months. Furthermore, the Airtel users will get free Wynk Music access and one-month Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition.
