Six years after debuting its T6X e-bike prototype, Tork Motors introduced its first electric two-wheeler models, the Kratos and Kratos-R motorcycles, in India in January 2022. BYD made its commercial debut in India in 2017 with electric buses and in November 2021, the brand launched an all-electric MPV called the e6. Now, the Atto 3 would be BYD’s latest bet in the electric car market. The Atto 3 has a wheelbase of 2,720mm, a length of 4,455mm, and a width of 1,875mm.

The BYD Atto 3 electric SUV will use a permanent magnet synchronous motor that will generate around 204 horsepower and 310 Nm of maximum torque. This SUV has a kerb weight of 1,680 and 1,750kg and as per BYD, the mises a 0-100kph time of under 7.3 seconds.
