Mahindra XUV 400 Electric SUV: BNCAP Crash Tests Conducted And Scores

In the frontal offset deformable barrier test with adult occupants, the XUV 400 electric bagged 14.38 points and a full score of 16 points in the side movable deformable barrier test. This is impressive for a new-age e-SUV where the collective safety score for adult occupant is 30.38 points of 32.

Coming to the child occupant protection scores, the XUV 400 electric has achieved an impressive 24 out of 24 points on the dynamic safety tests. And in the child restraint test as well, it received full scorers (12 out of 12 points). The collective scores logged by the XUV 400 electric for the child occupants is 43 out of 49 points, whereas the overall assessment scores stand at 7 out of 13 points.

Mahindra XUV 400 Electric has proved itself as one of the India’s safest EV rides by logging 5 Star rating in the BNCAP crash test. The compact electric SUV is safe for both adult and child occupants as per the crash test results.

 Variants Tested

Mahindra XUV 400 electric is currently the only electric SUV in the brand’s portfolio. The variants tested at the BNCAP crash tests were the EC L and the EL LH (O). Both these models are loaded with reliable safety features and have a solid build that helped achieving the 5 star ratings in the crash tests.

Investment and Ownership

Valued at around Rs. 70,000 crores, the merger gives Reliance a controlling stake of 63.16%, while Disney holds 36.84%. Reliance has also pledged Rs. 11,500 crores to help JioStar compete with streaming giants like Netflix and Sony.

Zelio X-Men 2.0 E-Scooters: Features And Specs

To get done with checking Wi-Fi password using any Android smartphone, you need to first ensure the OS version of your device is the latest. The newer Android versions offer a simplified process to check the Wi-Fi internet password.

Step 1: Unlock your Android smartphone and scroll down the notification bar

Step 2: Tap on the Wi-Fi icon. You can also visit the Setting menu and launch the Wi-Fi option

Tata Curvv EV Waiting Period November 2024

The Tata Curvv EV’s waiting period, as mentioned above, has currently the lowest waiting period. Buyers will have to wait only for up to four weeks to get their hands on a new Curvv EV model. This waiting period (for November 2024) is said to be applicable for all trims. To recap, the Curvv EV is available in four trims namely Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered, and the Empowered+ A. The waiting period is same for all these models (approx. a month).

As per the reports, the Curvv EV’s availability is earliest than the other due to the fact that all dealerships have received ample units for sales. This is unlike the Curvv ICE models whose waiting period is said to have been extended by almost three months. Coming to the prices, the Curvv EV ‘s prices in India starts at Rs. 17.49 lakh and the top trim has a price label of Rs. 21.99 lakh.

Tata Curvv EV Powertran: Quick Recap

The Tata Curvv EV is backed by a 123 kW electric motor. The e-SUV can be purchased with a 45kWh and a 55.4 kWh battery pack options with the range topping at 585 km per charge. It comes with only FWD (front wheel drive) single electric motor with all variants achieving a top speed of up to 160 kmph.

Kia India has revealed the upcoming SUV’s model name which it teased earlier. As expected, its the Kia Syros which will be breaking covers soon in the Indian market.
