Last week, Motorola dropped hints on the upcoming special edition variant of the Edge X30. The next model in the pipeline is the Motorola Edge X30 Under Screen Edition. The premium rage Motorola Android phone is expected to launch this month itself in the global markets with slightly different features compared to the standard Motorola Edge X30.

There would be just one primary difference between both Edge X30 and the Edge X30 Under Screen edition which we will mention below. The latest Edge X30 model just cleared its certification via TENNA which hints it is heading to the Chinese market soon. The Motorola Edge X30 Under Screen Edition has been stopped by TENAA mobile authentication platform in China with the Motorola XT2201-6 model number. The certification website’s listing has detailed all the key specs of the next Edge X30 series phone. Starting from the chipset, the Edge X30 Under Screen will be announced with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

This flagship processor has been used by Motorola on the standard Edge X30 as well. In fact, the Lenovo-backed brand has been the first to introduce this new premium Qualcomm chipset-powered Android phone in the market. Apart from the chipset, the Motorola Edge X30 Under Screen Edition’s configurations available would be up to 16GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage capacity.

The device might come void of any external storage support. The Motorola Edge X30 Under Screen Edition’s TENAA listing also gives insight into the remaining hardware aspects such as display, camera, and battery. The handset will be employing a massive 6.7-inch OLED display that will support 1080 x 2400 pixels FHD+ screen resolution.

The panel will come with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and will likely sport an under-display camera for selfies and video chats. This is one of the prime differences in the hardware between both the Edge X30 models. However, this has not been revealed by the certification website. While the company is expected to integrate the selfie snapper within the display, it doesn’t plan to change the specifications. The new Edge X30 model will flaunt the same 60MP sensor for selfies and video calling.

At the rear, the Motorola Edge X30 Under Screen Edition will be packed with the same 50MP triple camera module as the standard model. The listing also mentions Android 12 OS which will be topped with a MyUX interface. The battery capacity will also be identical, i.e, a 4,700 mAh unit with 68W fast charging support.

OnePlus To Launch 10 Pro Smartphone In March In India: Check Details Here

OnePlus is all set to bring a new smartphone in March this year. Notably, the OnePlus 10 Pro will be available next month In India. This development is shared by the company’s CEO Pete Lau during a media briefing. The OnePlus 10 Pro is already available in China and will be launched in the country.

The upcoming device is expected to give tough competition to iQOO9 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S22, and more. In fact, the company is displaying its upcoming device during the Ongoing MWC in Barcelona.

“I have to admit that we didn’t invest much in the China market earlier. Now, we realise the importance of the market and need to invest more to compete. Many of our competitors have already launched their flagship phones in China. So, to keep up with them, we decided to introduce the OnePlus 10 Pro in China first. It also allowed us to work on the software for other regions. In the future, we will look to deal with this situation in a better way,” Pete Lau said.

He states that India is an important market alongside Europe, China, and United States.

The OnePlus 10 Pro offers 6.7-inch 2K Fluid AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display along with a 120z refresh rate, 480Hz touch response, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, HDR10+, MEMC, and a punch-hole camera.

Besides, the device sports an in-display fingerprint scanner, Hi-Res audio, and Dolby Atmos. It has a 5,000mAh battery along with 80W SuperVOOC wired fast charging, reverse charging support, and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging.

It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor that is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. On the connectivity front, it has NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging. Furthermore, the device supports a triple camera setup at the back, including 48MP + 50MP + 8MP and there is a 16MP camera on the front.

[Giznext Exclusive]: Sony Xperia 1 IV 5K Renders Reveals Design In Full Glory

Sony has been frequent with product launches in the audio segment, however, the Japanese tech giant has slowed down its pace with smartphones. But the company hasn’t called off its mobile division entirely and is gearing up to introduce a new Xperia series flagship phone for the masses. Sony is now refreshing the Xperia 1 lineup with the fourth-gen model. Giznext has managed to grab exclusive renders of the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 IV and some additional details. Sony Xperia 1 IV In Works; Here Are The Renders

The Sony Xperia 1 IV exclusive 5K render images that Giznext has received leave a little to the imagination when it comes to design. The upcoming Xperia 1 series flagship phone will flaunt a similar design language as its precursor, i.e, the Xperia 1 III.

The Xperia 1 IV will also feature a flat-edge design like the previous-gen model but with slightly different dimensions. The handset will come with 164.7 x 70.8 x 8.3mm dimensions and 9.5mm thickness (camera bump included).

Upfront, the Xperia 1 IV will adorn a flat-edged panel with a tiny selfie camera embedded within the top bezel (no punch-hole cutout or waterdrop notch). The back panel has an elongated vertical camera module with three sensors and an LED flash. The bottom panel can be seen packing the SIM card tray along with the USB Type-C port charging and data transfers. 

The Xperia 1 1V retains a 3.5mm headphone jack which is housed on the upper left of the top frame. The left panel of the Xperia 1 IV is kept barren, however, the right spine is a storehouse for the volume, power, and the shutter key. The company seems to have skipped the dedicated Google Assistant key which was present on the previous-gen model. The same has been confirmed by our source.

Notably, the power key on the Xperia 1 IV integrates a physical fingerprint scanner for biometrics. That said of the design, the 5K renders also hints at dual-color options including a matte greenish and black. We are currently not sure if these are the only two options or the brand will introduce some additional shades as well.

Our source has also suggested the Sony Xperia 1 IV will be launched with a 6.5-inch flat display. However, the panel type and specifications are not confirmed at this point. Likewise, the triple rear camera setup is said to feature one telescope sensor, but the remaining sensor type is still at large.

It would be interesting to see if Sony just borrows the design elements from the Xperia 1 III, or the hardware features as well. The pricing details of the next Galaxy A series phone in India have been leaked in the latest developments. Check out the details below:

The Samsung Galaxy A03 will carry a starting price of Rs. 10,499 in India, cites a fresh report via Mysmartprice. The publication suggests this price tag for the base model that will pack 3GB RAM and 32GB storage configuration.

The report also hints at a 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the Galaxy A03. The high-end variant is tipped to be announced with Rs. 11,999 price tag in the country. Samsung has not yet announced the Galaxy A03 India launch date. However, the expected timeline is by February 2022 end or March first week.

We have got no official confirmation on the arrival, therefore, would suggest you take this information with a grain of salt.
