Step 1: On your mobile phone, open the Instagram app.

Step 2: Click on your profile or profile picture in the bottom right.

Step 3: Click on the Menu.

Step 4: Tap ‘Your Activity’ and then click on ‘Time’.

How To Set A Reminder To Limit Time Spent On Instagram?

Step 1: Tap on the ‘Profile’ option and click on the three-bar option at the top.
