Jio Phone 5G, the much-anticipated smartphone, is expected to be launched soon in India. However, a new report has been issued by 91Mobiles along with developer Kuba Wojciechowski. This also shows that the launch is near along with 5G services in October. Plus, the smartphone is likely to be affordable, which is not known.

It is worth noting that the specifications of the Jio Phone 5G have been spotted. Earlier, it was reported by Android Central that the smartphone features Snapdragon 480 SoC, 13MP camera, and more.

In addition, the boot animation picture said that the device will be known as Jio Phone True 5G and Ganga is its codename. The smartphone has been listed with model number LS1654QB5 and might be launched in partnership with the LYF brand.

The JioPhone 5G smartphone will have a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD panel along with a 90Hz refresh rate. It will have a 5,000mAh battery, Snapdragon 480 processor along with 18W charging support. In addition, the smartphone is expected to have a Syntiant NDP115 always-on AI processor onboard. Reliance Jio Jio Phone 5G will have Samsung’s 4GB LPPDDR4X RAM and 32GB storage.

On the optics front, the device will have an 8MP camera on the front along with a dual camera on the back such as a 13MP primary and 2MP macro sensor. On the connectivity front, the device will have Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.

Moreover, the device will run Android 12 out of the box that is pre-loaded along with Google Mobile Services and Jio Suite applications. Meanwhile, Android Central reported that the smartphone will have Android 11 OS instead of Android 12, which is expected not to be based on Android Go.
