Motorola is all set to launch a new smartphone in India on July 4th. The Moto G42 is all set to succeed the Moto G40. In fact, the page of the upcoming smartphone is live on Flipkart which reveals the design, triple cameras, and more. In addition, the phone will have Android 12 OS like other Motorola smartphones.
Motorola G42 Smartphone: Expected Details
The smartphone will have a 6.4-inch display along with a hole-punch cutout and Full HD+ resolution. The smartphone will be available in two color options such as Atlantic Green and Metallic Rose. In addition, the device will have flat edges and the back panel will be made of PMMA that is plastic, glass-like finish, and the display will have a chin.
The device will have dual speakers with Dolby Atmos that will increase the audio. Besides, the smartphones will have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 processor that is available in smartphones. Also, the chipset will have 64GB of expandable storage; however, the RAM configuration has not been shared or is unclear.
In addition, the device will have an IP52-certified build for dust and water resistance. On the optics front, the device will have a 50MP primary camera on the back and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. In addition, you will find a macro sensor on the back. The device will have a 5,000mAh battery along with 20W fast charging.
Moreover, the smartphone will be available on the launch day; however, the pricing is not clear yet. The device is expected to be available under Rs. 20,000, while the Moto G52 is priced at Rs. 16,499 and Rs. 14,999. Also, the Motorola Edge 30 is priced at Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 29,999.
