Ola Electric’s “December to Remember” campaign has launched special discounts for the month of December. The Ola S1 Pro electric scooter receives a flat discount of Rs. 10,000 as part of the year-end offers, effectively making the asking price Rs. 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom). In addition, the company has announced affordable monthly EMIs starting at just Rs. 2,499 and zero down payments, with interest rates starting at 8.99 percent.

Customers who purchase an Ola Electric scooter additionally benefit from no processing fees on vehicle financing and additional discounts on select credit cards. The manufacturer added that all of its experience centers are giving immediate deliveries across all of its experience centers as well as free charging at its Hypercharge network for up to one year.

Additionally, a referral program is available to the existing Ola customers, and the company will be giving away 10 free S1 Pro scooters to the winners of the raffle contest held at the experience center. However, there is no special discount for the recently launched S1 Air.

In terms of sales, Ola Electric has been in the lead for premium EVs (Rs. 1 lakh and above). The company claimed to have sold over 20,000 vehicles in November of this year and to have a revenue market share of 50 percent in the industry. Priced starting at Rs. 84,999 for the S1 Air, Rs. 99,999 for the S1, and Rs. 1.40 lakh (without discount) for the S1 Pro, the electric scooters are made in India. All prices include the FAME subsidy and are ex-showroom. The company is also expanding its experience centers, with 50 now operational and approximately 100 expected to open across the nation by the end of this month. By March 2023, Ole Electric hopes to have 200 centers operational.
