Realme Quietly Launched GT 2 Smartphone With Snapdragon 888 Processor, 50MP Camera: See Specifications And Price Here

Realme has silently introduced GT 2 smartphone in India. Notably, the watered-down version is already available in the market. However, the device comes with fundamental changes as compared to the Pro version as it has Snapdragon 888 processor.

Realme GT 2 Smartphone: Features And Specifications

The smartphone comes with a 6.62-inch display, AMOLED panel, and 120Hz refresh rate. There is also FullHD+ resolution; however, Realme GT 2 Pro has a 2K display. Plus, the phone has a 92.6 percent screen-to-body ratio and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

There is the biggest difference between both smartphones as the Realme GT 2 Pro device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 as GT 2 has Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, while GT 2 has Snapdragon 888 processor that is paired with Adreno 660 GPU.

In addition, the device has a triple-lens setup at the back, including a 50MP unit as the GT 2 Pro. But, the second and third lens are not the same. There is also an ultra-wide-angle lens along with a 119-degree field of view. Besides, there is also a third lens a macro unit.

The smartphone also has a 5,000mAh battery unit along with 65W fast charging. The details of the smartphone are the same as the GT 2 Pro. In fact, the company claims that the smartphone can be charged in 33 minutes.

Realme GT 2 Smartphone: Price And Availablity In India

The 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage of the Realme GT 2 smartphone are priced at Rs. 34,999, whereas the 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage variant comes with an Rs. 38,999. It is worth noting that the smartphone comes in three colours as Realme GT 2 Pro. The device has Paper White, Steel Black, and Paper Green. The smartphone will be available on April 28 at 12 PM.

LG Launches New Home Appliances Range In India; Eyeing 30% Growth In 2022

Consumer electronics company LG has launched a new range of home appliances, including Smart Home Appliances. The new range lineup, includes VIRAAT Air Conditioners, InstaView Door-in-Door, Frost Free Refrigerators, AI Direct Drive Washing Machines, Puricare Wearable Air Purifier, UV+UF Water Purifiers, and a new range of Charcoal Microwaves.

Meanwhile, the company said that it is expecting 30 percent growth in 2022 in its home appliances and air conditioners segment this year as it has launched a new range of products in India.

“In the previous calendar year, we have seen a growth of more than 20 percent (for home appliances and AC), and we are expecting to grow more than 30 percent this year with the new line of products, which we have introduced today,” Deepak Bansal, LG Electronics India VP-Home Appliances & Air-Conditioners was quoted by the news agency.

It is worth noting that air conditioners and home appliances are contributing 70 percent to the LG’s revenue, he added. The report also pointed out that the segment received Rs. 15,000 crore of revenue in 2021 and claims that refrigerators and air conditioners reported growth at the beginning of this year and are expected to continue in the coming months.

“We have already started to see a precursor to the unprecedented growth which we are going to see in the refrigerators and AC. The pace of growth is much higher than what we had expected,” said Bansal.

LG 2022 Refrigerators: Details

The newly launched refrigerators feature a flat design and are loaded with metallic decorations, while Frost-free refrigerators come with E-micom. Besides, users can control the settings easily temperature without opening the door.

The LG ThinQ allows you to control key features and users can access the appliances remotely. Plus, the refrigerators have Smart Learner that is powered by AI that analyses the pattern of the refrigerators and increases the cooling accordingly. BSNL Might Conduct 4G Trials In Four Districts From August: See All Details Here

Despite the fact that Airtel, Reliance Jio, and Vodafone-Idea are conducting 5G trials in India, BSNL is still looking for ways to start 4G services in the country. However, a new report claims that the state-run telecom operator is expected to start 4G services this year in August in the four districts of Kerala.

This new development comes after a new report claims that initially, BSNL 4G services will be available in Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur, and Kozhikode. Besides, the report claims that the company will launch services in December this year.

800 Towers Might Be Install In Kerala For 4G

Notably, TCS will start 4G trials in four districts. “A total of 800 towers have been approved for Kerala for the trial launch, with Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam having a larger number of those towers. The trial run is concentrated mostly in urban areas with maximum mobile traffic, for real-time testing of how the system holds up, “C.V. Vinod, Chief General Manager, BSNL, Kerala Circle was quoted by The Hindu.

He said, “Once the demonstration is successfully completed, the rollout across the State will begin by December.” It is worth noting that this is the same month when private telecom operators are expected to launch 5G services in the country.

BSNL Might Install To 1.12 Lakh Towers For 4G

Meanwhile, BSNL is likely to install 1.12lakh towers in the country ahead of the 4G network rollout. This information has been shared by Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in the Lok Sabha.

“I am happy to inform you that the 4G telecom network is ready for roll out soon and it is developed in India by Indian engineers and scientists. Our development of 4G network is being appreciated worldwide and it has a core network, radio network with full telecom equipment,” reported by news agency.

He said that the state-run telecom operator is planning to order 6,000 towers initially and another 6,000 towers later and will take this number to 1 lakh towers. The telecom operator will install 4G towers in India. On launching 5G services in the country, he said that it will go parallel and will be available soon.

Oppo Might Launch First Tablet In June End: All You Know Need To Know

After launching smartphones in India, Oppo is likely to bring its first tablet. Notably, Oppo Pad is already available in China and is now expected to launch in the country in the coming months. In fact, the leak suggested the price of the upcoming Oppo Pad.

However, a new report claims that Oppo Pad will be launched at June end or in July this year. The launch timeline has been shared by tipster Mukul Sharma and claims that it will be priced between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 in the country.

It is worth noting that the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant has been already launched in China for CNY 2,299 that is close to Rs. 27,500. The 6GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant are priced for CNY 2,699 and CNY 2,999 ( close to Rs. 32,000 and Rs. 35,800).

Plus, the tablet comes in a James Jean Artist Limited Edition; however, it is not clear that the company will launch the same in India.

Oppo Pad Key Specifications

The Oppo Pad comes with an 11-inch WQXGA display, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2560×1600 pixel resolution. Besides, the tablet supports 480 nits brightness along with TUV Rheinland low blue light certification.

The tablet comes with a Snapdragon 870 processor that is paired with 8GB of RAM and 25GB of storage. The tablet runs Android 11 OS and has 13MP primary camera. The Oppo Pad packs an 8,360mAh battery along with a 33W SuperVOOC fast charging and has an 8MP selfie camera on the front side. In addition, the Oppo Pad features a stylus known as Oppo Pencil along with Oppo Smart Magnetic Keyboard.
