Truke Air Buds Lite True Wireless Earbuds Review: Best In The Lot?

Key Highlights

  • The Truke Air Buds Lite is available at Rs. 1,395 in India which makes it one of the most affordable options in the market.
  • The best sound quality in its price segment.
  • 10 hours of music playback on a single charge.

India is an emerging market for technology products with numerous brands catering to the audience with a wide range of options to choose from. Besides smartphones and tablets, wireless audio devices, specifically, TWS earbuds are becoming the latest hype amongst the audience. Truke, the German audio brand has also joined this race and is consistently bringing in new audio devices for the Indian audience.

The company made its way into the Indian market with the BTG gaming TWS earbuds series. This year it has expanded its portfolio with the Air Buds series. The Truke Air Buds Lite is one of the models which is designed for the budget Indian audience. Truke has launched the Air Buds Lite TWS earbuds at Rs. 1,395 in the country which you can buy via Flipkart.

With the Indian market flooded with budget TWS earbuds, how well do the Air Buds stand out of the crowd? Does it make up for the best offering in its segment? Or you should consider some other TWS earbuds in this segment. We have been using the Truke Air Buds Lite for a while now and the following is our feedback.

Truke Air Buds Lite Review: Design And Wearing Comfort

The Truke Aur Buds Lite is an ergonomically designed TWS earbud that you can carry around with ease. It’s the compact charging case (cube-shaped) that makes the pair easily portable. The charging case is lightweight. But the brand hasn’t compromised majorly with the built quality. The same can be said for the earbuds.

The earbuds have a slightly bigger form factor, but the size doesn’t hamper the wearing comfort. They offer a good snug-fit design that doesn’t fall off easily even with outdoor activities. The Air Buds Lite has an in-built sensor for automatic play/pause audio. It also has touch-sensitive controls that allow controlling media playback. It doesn’t allow volume adjustments which is one of the cons of the design.

The Truke Air Buds Lite comes with IPX4 certification. This makes the TWS earbud dust and sweat-resistant. The case has a USB Type-C port at the bottom with which you can connect any regular charger for power backup.

Truke Air Buds Lite Review: Audio Performance

The Truke Air Buds Lite does a fine job with audio delivery. Truke has managed to get the sound profile right for this budget TWS earbuds. Unlike most of the entry-level TWS earbuds where clarity levels are not at par, the Air Buds Lite offers a better sound stage that fits in for a casual listening experience. This TWS earbud performs best with gaming since the latency levels are lower here.

As for the music listening experience, you would get decent feedback with all the genres. Bass is crisp and it doesn’t muffle or distort at higher levels. You don’t hear a shrilling sound despite turning the audio levels to the highest. The latest Truke budget earbuds come with AI noise cancellation. Now, this isn’t the actual Active Noise cancellation feature rather it uses AI to passively block surrounding noise.

Truke Air Buds Lite Review: Connectivity, Battery Performance

The Truke Air Buds Lite truly wireless earbuds offers Bluetooth wireless connectivity option. It is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The pairing process is hassle-free. You just have to take out the earbuds from the case and look for the device name in the respective smartphone/ tablet’s Bluetooth settings menu and get connected with the earbuds. The Truke Air Buds Lite also supports voice-based digital assistants including Google Assistant. You can summon the voice assistant using the touch gestures on the earbuds.

The battery backup is undeniably one of the key features that attract users no matter what the gadget is. With around 6 hours of backup on a single charge, the Truke Air Buds Lite makes for a good outdoor companion.  You can expect the aforementioned backup with moderate audio levels. If you turn up the volume levels to the max, expect the battery to drain out fast.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro Vs Realme Book Slim: Best Mid-Range Laptop Comparison

There has been stiff competition amongst the Chinese OEMs not just in the smartphone industry but also in laptops. Most of them have forayed into the laptop segment in recent years. Xiaomi and Realme are two of such Chinese smartphone OEMs that have joined the laptop industry after dominating the smartphone space for a long.

Xiaomi’s Mi Notebook series was recently refreshed with second-generation models namely the Mi Notebook Pro and the Mi Notebook Ultra. On the other hand, Realme introduced the Realme Book Slim as its first laptop. This article is a quick comparison between the Realme Book Slim and the Mi Note Pro. Take a look:

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro Vs Realme Book Slim: Display Comparison

Out of the two Chinese laptops, the Realme Book Slim offers a compact form factor. It is packed with a 14-inch display with a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio and a 2K screen resolution of 1440 x 2160 resolution. The Realme Book slim’s display supports a 60Hz refresh rate. The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro has a bigger display that measures 15.60-inches. In addition to a larger panel, the screen resolution is also lower at 1080 x 1920 pixels on the Mi Notebook Pro. The Realme Book slim takes the lead here by offering a better display.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro Vs Realme Book Slim: Hardware And Software Difference

The Xiaomi Notebook Pro is powered by the Intel Core i5 processor with a 300Ghz base clock speed. The Realme Book Slim is also available with a Core i5 processor. However, the Mi Notebook Pro comes with a 10th Gen i5 chipset, while the Realme Book slim has an 11th Gen processor. Samsung Galaxy A53 Live Images Shows Up Ahead Of Launch; Missing 3.5mm Headphone Jack?

Samsung Galaxy A series will soon get a new player in the form of the Galaxy A53. The upcoming model will be a successor to the Galaxy A52 and will be catering to the premium mid-tier audience across the globe.  The handset has been subject to several leaks with the most recent rumor hinting at the missing 3.5mm headphone jack. Now, a new leak has made it to the web, showing the Galaxy A53’s live renders. Has Samsung indeed removed the headphone jack connectivity option from its next mid-range Galaxy A series phone? Let’s find out:

Samsung Galaxy A53 Live Images Shows Design In Full Glory

The Samsung Galaxy A53 live images have been shared by an international tech website kujemprodajem.com. Starting with the fascia, the Galaxy A53 has an in-display camera cutout (punch-hole) positioned at the center-top of the panel. The bezel profile seems narrow on all corners including the chin.

Moving to the Galaxy A53’s rear panel, the images show a single-tone gradient white panel. The vertical camera setup is placed on the upper left corner of the back panel. The module has a similar design language as the previous-generation Galaxy A series phone. The images also show both power and the volume keys positioning on the right panel.

The left panel would likely be housing the SIM card tray which is yet to be confirmed if is hybrid or a dedicated 3-way SIM slot. Unfortunately, the Galaxy A53’s new leaked live images don’t confirm the previous report of the missing 3.5mm headphone jack. Therefore, we might have to wait for the official launch to be sure of this hardware feature.

Nevertheless, smartphone OEMs have been currently removing the 3.5mm headphone jack from premium range devices. This is rather a newer trend with the brands to skip the headphone jack from mid-range and affordable phones which might take a while to become a norm.

That said, in addition to the design, the leaks have given a fair insight into the key specifications of the Galaxy A53. Samsung is said to use the in-house Exynos 1280 processor to power the next Galaxy A series phone. The Galaxy A53 is said to feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display that will support a 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ screen resolution.

Other known Galaxy A53 features include quad-rear cameras with a 64MP main sensor and OIS, while for selfies it will employ a 32MP camera upfront. The Galaxy A53 will be an IP67 certified phone which will be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery clubbed with 25W fast charging.

Five Ways To Capture Screenshot In Laptop And PCs

Gadgets such as laptops and smartphones have made it easy for the masses to store documents. You can save files in different formats on your laptop’s internal storage that you can access whenever required. The current generation has made a major shift towards digital platforms with the majority of the professional work being done via online portals.

While downloading or saving a necessary file/document might be the first approach for most of the users, it might not the option at some cases. Grabbing a screenshot from a laptop will be an easy workaround in such scenarios. Thanks to smartphones, users nowadays are more familiar with grabbing screenshots.

But the option to capture a screenshot via laptops and PCs has been present for a long. You can use different key combinations on a Windows laptop to capture a screenshot. Also, you can use dedicated built-in tools to capture a screenshot on laptops. This article lists all the easy tricks that will let you take a screenshot from laptops and PCs.

How To Take Screenshots Using Laptops And PCs?

Step 1: The old-school Print Screen key method. This is the easiest way to capture screenshots on laptops and PCs. Do note that using the Print Screen option will capture the entire screen and not just a specific portion.

However, you can edit the screenshot later using MS Paint or other supported software. Notably, once you use the Print Screen key to capture a screen from the laptop it will be saved into the clipboard and not in the device’s onboard storage. You will have to paste the captured screenshot into MS Paint and other such apps to save it on your laptop or PC.

Step 2: If you need to take a screenshot of a single page or window on your laptop or PC, you would need to use the Alt+ Print Screen key combination. Once you press and hold both these keys simultaneously, the screenshot of the selected page will be copied to the clipboard. After copying the screenshot of the web page or document from the laptop, you will need to paste and save it using another supported application.

Step 3: You can also use the Windows + Print Screen key combination if you want to capture a screenshot of an entire page from your laptop. This method saves the screenshot directly into the laptop’s onboard memory as an image file. You won’t require to perform additional steps to save the screenshot.

Step 4: Another keyboard shortcut combination to capture an entire page’s screenshot on a laptop is Windows + Alt + Print Screen. Likewise, in the above step, the captured screenshot will be saved directly into the laptop’s storage.

Step 5: Dedicated screenshot tool such as Snip & Sketch tool in laptops is another easy method. Using a snippet tool on laptops and PCs will not only let you capture a screenshot but also crop and edit as per requirements.

Tablets is one popular category where popular brands like Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, and others are grabbing the audience’s attention. Oppo has introduced its first tablet called Oppo Pad recently for the mid-range audience.

Oppo Pad Vs Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro 5G Tablet: Display Specifications Comparison

There is only a slight difference between the Oppo Pad and the Mi Pad 5 Pro 5G tablet. That’s just a marginal screen size difference we are speaking of. The Oppo Pad features a 10.95-inch display, while the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro 5G tablet is packed with an 11-inch display. The panel used on both tablets is LCD that supports the same WQHD+ resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. The refresh rate is also the same on both tablets, i.e, 120Hz. You wouldn’t find a major difference in the viewing experience when you use both Oppo and Xiaomi tablets.

Oppo Pad 5 Vs Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro: Camera Specifications

The camera is one major department where the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro 5G tablet takes a lead. Xiaomi has packed its mid-range tablet with dual sensors at the rear, while Oppo has stuck to a single lens. The MI Pad 5 Pro 5G is equipped with a 50MP main camera at the rear which is aided by an additional 5MP sensor that serves as the depth lens.

On the contrary, the Oppo Pad has been packed with a single 13MP snapper at the back which has an f/2.0 aperture. So, if a good imaging setup is your requirement then the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro will be apt for you. Speaking of the front camera, both Oppo and Xiaomi tablet features a standard 8MP lens with an f/2.0 aperture.

Oppo Pad 5 Vs Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro: Processor, Software Comparison

Both Oppo and Xiaomi tablets run on Snapdragon’s premium mid-range Snapdragon 870 processor. The octa-core chipset is clubbed with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage on both tablets. You will have a smoother multitasking experience using both Xiaomi and Oppo tablets. The SD 870 SoC on both tablets is also combined with Adreno 650 to render high-end graphics with ease. Firmware is also the same on both tablets, i.e, Android 11 OS. However, the OPPO tablet features a custom ColorOS interface, while the Mi Pad 5 Pro has an MIUI skin on top.

OnePlus 10 First Look Revealed Via Leaked Live Shots

It has been a while since the OnePlus 10 Pro arrived as the new-generation flagship from the Chinese brand. But, the standard OnePlus 10’s launch is still a mystery. We have come across several leaks that hint at the vanilla OnePlus 10 launch and also the hardware. Now, a new report has shared the live images of the OnePlus 10’s back panel. How different is the design from the Pro variant? Below are the details:

Here’s How The OnePlus 10’s Leaked Design

The OnePlus 10’s leaked live images have been shared at the Chinese microblogging website Weibo by LetsGoDigital. The image shows the OnePlus 10 has a complete design overhaul compared to the OnePlus 10 Pro. Specifically, the camera module’s layout is what gives the vanilla variant an entirely different appeal. The setup is positioned in the upper left corner. However, the size and the placement of sensors are distinctive.

The large square-shaped camera module has a protruding design so does the LED flash module which appears to be a small button. The leaked image shows a black and white color option. The OnePlus logo painted in black has the usual placement at the rear panel. The image confirms it to be a triple-lens setup. However, the specifications are at large currently.

Unfortunately, the placement of ports and keys is not visible in the leaked live images. The front panel is also not shown in the leaked live images. This makes it difficult for us to guess the positioning of the punch-hole camera cutout upfront. It remains to be seen if the vanilla OnePlus 10 also has the in-display camera aligned on the top-left corner like the Pro model or it is positioned centrally.

That said, the standard OnePlus 10 is also likely to be a high-end phone similar to the Pro model. We might see the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship processor under the hood in the vanilla model. The flagship octa-core chipset on the OnePlus 10 might be combined with up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. As of now, the hardware details are limited. We will update you with more details on the same.
