Simple Energy is all set to launch its new showrooms in the country for offline sales and purchase of its e-scooters. Simple Energy is expected to kick start the new electric scooters in the country by next month (September 2024). The company has clarified that the official showrooms will be operated by the official network partners. As many as six new showrooms are in pipeline for launch in the Indian market. Also, these showrooms will be called “Simple Stores”.
Furthermore, Simple Energy will be introducing the new showrooms in a phased manner across the selected regions. That said, in the first phase, the Simple Stores will be inaugurated four different cities, including Bangalore, Goa, Pune, and Vijayawada. The company has also revealed the dates for the launch of the new Simple Store showrooms in the country.

The Simple Store in Vijayawada (Veterinary Colony) will be launched on 25th August followed by Bangalore (Jp Nagar, Rajajinagar, and Marathahalli) on 29th August, 31 August, and 2nd September respectively. MG Windsor EV Official India Launch Date, Expected Price Range
MG Windsor EV is confirmed to make its official debut in India on September 11, 2024. The date for the launch of the country’s fist electric CUV (Crossover Utility Vehicle) has been announced by the company itself resting all the previous rumors indicating the similar timeline. The MG Windsor EV is coming as the third EV model from the brand.
It essentially is the rebadged version of the Wuling Cloud EV which is currently being sold in the international markets. While the official launch date for the Windsor EV is out, the pricing details are still kept under the wraps officially. Nevertheless, it has been tipped that the Windsor EV will be positioned below the ZS EV in India. And there is a high possibility that it could be priced under Rs. 20 lakh bracket. This further makes us believe the Windsor EV will go up against the likes of the Tata Nexon EV and the Mahindra XUV 400 electric.
MG Windsor EV is expected to carry the same powertrain as the Wuling Cloud EV and is also likely to integrate same set of features as well. BYD, the Chinese EV manufacturer has introduced the Seal EV facelift. The development comes within just a few months of the brand launching the outgoing model in India. The latest BYD Seal EV facelift model has been launched in the company’s home country China with an updated exterior design along with a new cabin layout, and advanced safety features.
The latest BYD Seal EV facelift model is launched with a fresh exterior design. The brand has made minimalistic changes with this electric sedan’s design. The primary differences between the outgoing and the new facelift model includes a new set of alloy wheels and a roof mounted lidar sensor.
