The first tablet from iQOO will be launching as a flagship model with premium-grade features such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor which will pit it against the recently launched Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. A new leak has surfaced that revealed the key features of the iQOO Pad tablet. Let’s dive into the details:

iQOO Pad Tablet Key Specs Leaked

The iQOO Pad will be launching as the company’s first premium Android tablet whose spec sheet has been leaked on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo. The leak shared on Weibo suggests the iQOO tablet will offer a rugged build and feature an all-metal body that will make it durable.

The leaked renders of the iQOO Pad tablet show a black color variant. The rear panel has a squarish camera module housing dual sensors. The iQOO badging is inscribed at the center of the back panel. Furthermore, the back panel of the iQOO Pad also has pogo pins towards the bottom which possibly would magnetically latch the compatible keyboard.

The leaked renders of the iQOO Pad tablet also show the volume keys on the left panel and the power key on the top panel’s right edge. Upfront, the iQOO Pad has a slightly thicker side bezel profile. The iQOO Pad tablet screen size hasn’t been tipped by the fresh leak, but rumors are rife it could feature a 12-inch display.

The display specifications including the resolution and refresh rate are also not confirmed as of now and it remains to be seen if the iQOO Pad tablet’s screen offers a better or similar spec sheet as the newly launched Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, OnePlus Pad 5G, or the Vivo Pad 2 tablets.

The Google Pixel Tablet’s dual color options including Olive Green and Porcelain have been confirmed via the leaked Amazon listing. The first Google tablet will come with thin bezels and a speaker dock that will be latched at the rear via the pogo pins.

The leaked Google Pixel Tablet specifications shared by the Amazon page include an LCD screen that measures 10.95 inches. The Pixel tablet’s screen will have a screen resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and support a peak brightness of 500 nits. The screen will also support USI 2.0 Stylus pen for artwork.

In terms of optics, the Google Pixel Tablet will be offering an 8MP main camera at the rear. It will feature a single 8MP camera at the front for selfies and video calling.

For power delivery, the Google Pixel tablet will be driven by the Google Tensor G2 processor. This is the same processor tipped by all the past leaks. Configuration tipped for the Pixel tablet includes an 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB storage option (UFS 3.1). The Google Pixel Fold’s first look has been revealed via an official teaser shared by the brand itself. Google has released the Pixel Fold’s short teaser video at the company’s official YouTube and Twitter handles. The teaser video only gives a sneak peek of the Google’s first foldable Pixel smartphone and not the hardware details.

Google is certainly reserving the major highlights till the Pixel Fold foldable handset’s launch at the I/0 2023 event. For reference, Google is hosting its annual developer conference I/0 2023 on 10th May where the brand’s first foldable handset is likely breaking covers alongside the affordable Pixel 7a and the first Pixel Tablet.

The design elements that the first teaser video confirms related to the Google Pixel Fold is the vertical folding hinge which is identical to the Samsung Galaxy Fold series. Why OLA Electric Will Refund Money To Consumers?

The Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) apparently shared a recovery notice with Ola Electric stating no FAME II subsidy approval unless consumers are reimbursed the extra amount they paid for charger. OLA has been asked to pay over Rs. 130 crores to the consumers who had additionally bought the e-scooter charger as an accessory.

Who All Will Get Reimbursement From OLA?

OLA has reportedly sent a notice to ARAI stating that the company will return the stated amount to the consumers for the off-board charger purchase. But only the customers who have purchased the charger along with the Ola S1 Pro electric scooter in the FY 2019-20 will be getting the reimbursement. This is further valid for the off-board charger purchases made till March 30, 2023.

If we speak of the exact amount that OLA will be returning to each consumer then it could easily range between Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 19,000. It is worth adding that OLA has been selling the charger along with the S1 Pro electric scooter as an added accessory. This is one of the reasons it came under MHI (Ministry of Heavy Industries) radar for overpricing.

Seems like this add-on service eventually became expensive for the brand itself. Reports suggests that if OLA bundled the charger along with the S1 Pro e-scooter then the brand might have to spend up to Rs. 100 crore additionally. But the reimbursement of approx. Rs. 130 crores will now be heavy on the company’s pockets.

The Yulu Wynn Electric scooter has been launched as an entry-level product with a decent powertrain including a 250 W BLDC hub motor. The battery capacity packed inside the Yulu electric bike is 19.3 Ah LFP. Yulu has integrated its new electric scooter with a swappable battery module.

The company is offering battery-swapping services at a dedicated Yuma Energy network. But interested users get the option to buy a portable charger as an added accessory for charging the electric scooter’s battery at home or as per convenience.

It is worth adding that the Yulu Wynn’s electric battery will be available as a subscription module via the Yuma Battery Swapping Network. Also, Yulu will be selling the Wynn electric bike without the battery pack and buyers would need to enroll for the battery subscription.

Speaking of performance, the Yulu Wynn electric bike can accelerate to a top speed of 25 kmph. This is a low-speed budget electric scooter that will be safe to drive for all age groups. As for the IDC range, it can deliver up to 68 kms of range with each charge cycle.

The Yulu Wynn electric bike measures 1630 x 670 x 740 mm in dimensions and weighs around 100 kg. For breaking, this low-speed electric scooter relies on 110mm drum brakes both at the front and the rear. The suspensions are handled by Telescopic suspensions up front and spring coiled rear suspension.

The Yulu Wynn electric scooter is being sold at an introductory price of Rs. 55,555. The brand has started taking pre-registrations for its low-speed electric scooter via its official online portal at just Rs. 999. The booking amount is refundable (during deliveries). After the offer ends, the Yulu Wynn electric scooter will be available at Rs. 59,999. The color options that buyers will get to select from include Scarlet Red and Moonlight White.

A report via Wabetainfo confirms this development related to the upcoming Chat migration feature without the Google Drive backup. The new chat transfer feature is under the testing phase and has been spotted with the WhatsApp Android beta build 2.23.9.19. How To Transfer WhatsApp Chat And Data Without Google Drive Backup On A New Phone

As far as the functionality is concerned, the new feature as mentioned will allow users to transfer all the chats to a new device without performing a Google Drive backup on the existing device.
