Honda Activa e Electric Scooter Deliveires Postponed: What Happened?

Honda Activa e electric scooter which previously was set to be delivered starting February 2025 is now arriving slightly late at the dealerships. The reason is its swappable battery platform for which this e-scooter will be relying on a solid swapping station network for uninterrupted operations.

Just for reference, the Activa electric doesn’t come with charging option and solely relies on battery swap system. Hence, charging this electric scooter isn’t an option either at homes or charging stations. This means the Activa e’s availability also depends on the battery swapping stations in a city.
