TVS X Electric Scooter Deliveries: Complete Timeline

TVS X e-scooter’s deliveries were pending since 2024. However, the company has finally announced the deliveries covering the first phase. The e-scooter is available to customers in Bengaluru at the moment. Buyers who have pre-reserved the TVS X are yet to get their hands on the e-scooter.

TVS is planning to cover four more cities in the second phase for which the delivery timeline has been set for Q1 of 2025 itself. The company is yet to announce the list of cities where the next phase of deliveries will begin. However, we are expecting some announcement regarding the same in the coming weeks.

To recap, the TVS X electric scooter is launched in a single variant which. The price for this premium e-scooter model has been set at Rs. 2.50 lakh (ex showroom). It will be available in a single Red color option.

TVS X E-Scooter: Key Highlights

The TVS X is underpinned by a PMSM electric motor that churns out 11kW peak power and 40 Nm peak torque. It uses a 4.4 kWh battery pack with which it is claimed to offer around 140 km IDC range on a single charge. It climbs up to a max speed of 105 kmph and makes a run from 0- 60 kmph in 4.5 seconds.

Other key highlights of the TVS X electric scooter includes a bug 10.25-inch TFT instrument cluster, multiple riding modes, 12-inch alloy wheels, dual disc brake module (220 mm front disc and 195 mm rear disc brakes).

he TVS X uses a 4.44 kWh battery pack offering a range of 140 km. It powers a ram-air-cooled permanent magnet mid-drive motor that generates a continuous power of 9.38 BHP. It has three riding modes: Xtealth, Xtride and Xonic. TVS claims the X can sprint from 0-60 km/h in 4.5 seconds, while its top speed is 105 km/h.

Ultraviolette Concept X E-Motorcycle Patented

Ultraviolette will be soon adding a new naked street electric motorcycle to its fleet. The E2W manufacturer has filed the patent for the same whose images have been leaked online. The upcoming electric motorcycle was earlier showcased at the EICMA 2024 but not much details were revealed back then.

The patent filing too doesn’t reveal much about the new sports electric motorcycle from Ultraviolette. But the image shared by the leaked patent document reveals the naked street-style design highlighted by the straight and upright handlebar. This is one of the design changes the Concept X gets over the F77 e-motorcycle.

Th Concpet X will certainly borrow some of the design elements from the F77 but will eventually look all new in the street sports avatar. It is said to come with 17-inch alloy wheels and use USD fork suspension system upfront and mono-shock absorbers at the rear. There will be disc brakes handling the braking duties. Ola Gen 3 Electric Scooter: Launch Date, Price Range

Bhavish Aggarwal, Ola Electric’s CEO has shared a new post on X announcing the launch of a new Gen 3 electric scooter. This is the second tweet in a row from the company’s CEO revealin new products in tow for the Indian market. Only the launch date of the upcoming Gen 3 electric scooter has been revealed in the post, i.e., January 31.

Other details such as design and features have not been teased yet. Ola will possibly reveal all the details including the delivery timeline tomorrow post the launch. That said, the upcoming lineup is said to comprise Ola S1 series e-scooters built on the new Gen 3 platform. This means the both the S1X and S1 Pro models with Gen 3 architecture could be launched tomorrow.

Now coming to the expected pricing, the rumor mill indicates the S1X Gen 3 will be entry-level model in the upcoming lineup and could be priced at Rs. 79,999. Whereas, the Ola S1 Pro Gen 3 model could arrive with a 3kWh and a 4kWh battery option priced at around Rs. 1.29 lakh and Rs. 1.50 lakh respectively. Maruti eVitara’s color options have ben revealed officially. The upcoming e-SUV is making its debut in 10 color options out of which six will be single-tone shades while the remaining four will have a dual-tone paint job. The eVitara’s single-tone color variants will be Arctic White, Bluish Black, Grandeur Grey, Opulant Red, Nexa Silver, and Splendid Silver. The dual tone options will include the Arctic White. Land Breeze Green, Splendid Silver, and Opulent Red shades with black roof.

Speaking of the features, the eVitara will be coming with LED headlamp, DRLs, and tail lamps. The cabin will be loaded with a 10.1-inch infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
