BSNL Rs. 347 Plan Details

Apart from that, the state-run telecom operator BSNL is providing 5GB of extra data for 30 days, if someone wants to switch to BSNL from other operators. This free data facility is available until January 15.

After adding a new plan for Disney+ Hotstar, Reliance Jio has launched another plan to offer benefits to its customers. The largest telecom operator has added Rs. 2,999 plan, where users will get data and message benefits for one year. Besides, users will get discounts on JioMart along with Jio services.

The Rs. 2,999 plan is providing 2.5GB of data per day and 100 messages per day for 365 days. Notably, the plan is listed under the 20 percent under the JioMart Maha Cashback offer. This clearly means that users will get 20 percent cashback if they purchase items from JioMart.

The cashback will be added to the JioMart wallet that can be used for future purchases. Additionally, users will get free access to four Jio applications like JioSecurity, JioCloud, JioTV, and JioCinema.

Reliance Jio Yearly Plans

Apart from Rs. 2,999 plan, Reliance Jio offers a Super Value pack for Rs. 2,879 and Rs. 3,119. The first plan of Rs. 2,879 offers 2GB of data daily, unlimited calling, 100 messages per day, free access to four apps, like JioCloud, JioCinema, JioTV, and JioSecurity.

The Rs. 3,119 plan offers unlimited calling, 100 messages per day, and 2GB of data per day for 365 days. In addition, this pack offers JioSecurity, JioCinema, JioCloud, and JioTV. Besides, this pack offers extra 10GB of data, free access to Disney+ Hotstar, 100 messages for the entire validity.

After launching a new internet plan to offer Disney+ Hotstar, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched an offer to attract new customers to its platform. Under this new offer, the telecom operator is providing an extra 5GB of data for 30 days.

However, there is a catch. This offer is not available for all users as the company announced that all users that switch their service from other telecom operators. Additionally, the services are valid until January 15. This clearly means that users who are opting for BSNL services from telecom service providers before January 15 will get the same offer.

It is worth noting that the company has shared this information via its official Twitter account. The tweet reads: “It is compulsory to share/retweet all related BSNL’s posts related to this campaign on your timeline with #SwitchToBSNL.”

To get the offer or to switch your number to the BSNL services, users have to send a direct message on Twitter or the 9457086024 mobile number to get the services.

BSNL Offering Free 4G SIM

BSNL has come up with a new offer to increase its user base in the country. The telecom operator has extended its free 4G SIM offer until March 2022 reports Kerala Telecom. The report said that new and MNP customers have to pay only recharge amounts.

It is worth noting that the telecom operator offers a wide range of vouchers that start from Rs. 106 onwards. Additionally, BSNL has increased the validity of Rs. 2,399 plan and now this plan is valid up to Rs. 2,399.

The Rs. 2,399 plan offers unlimited local, STD calls, and 3GB of data per day. It includes BSNL Tunes, EROS Now, 12,000 movies, premium originals, short-form content, and videos. Additionally, the company is providing Eros Now content with all postpaid plans.

Apart from Rs. 2,399 plan, BSNL offers Rs. 1,999 plan, where users get unlimited calling, 500GB of high-speed data, and 100 messages per day for 365 days. Then, there is a pack of Rs. 1,498 prepaid plan, where the user gets 2GB of data per day, 100 messages every day, and unlimited calling for 365 days.

Elon Musk-led Starlink’s India operations head Sanjay Bhargava has resigned from his position. This move comes a week after DoT said that it has no license to provide internet and asked the public not to opt for its services.

“I have stepped down as Country Director and Chairman of the Board of Starlink India for personal reasons… my last working day was December 31, 2021. I will have no comments…,” Bhargava said in the LinkedIn post. However, Bhargava did not reply to any of the questions sent to him about the resignation.

Bhargava joined Starlink last year in October. Earlier, he worked with Musk and founded Paypal, which is an electronic payment firm.

For the unaware, the Department of Telecommunication has also asked Starlink to refund all money from the deposits of the pre-booking. In fact, the company has started sending emails to customers for the refund of the pre-booking.

Starlink Refund Plans

Similarly, ET reported that that the company is in the process of refunding. The report also claims that somebody from the company has also met the ministry. Besides, DoT officials said that Starlink is in the process of applying for the license.

“We want to ensure we welcome investments into the country, so refund, make your applications, get your clearances and then please do what you want to,” the department official was quoted by ET. Notably, the company has informed its 7000 customers about the uncertainty of broadband internet services in India.

“We have been directed by India’s DoT to refund pre-orders until we are licensed,” the company said. It added that “unfortunately, the timeline for receiving licenses to operate is currently unknown, and there are several issues that must be resolved within the licensing framework to allow us to operate Starlink in India”.

It is important to note that the company pointed out that customers who have opted for the services are allowed to log in to their account and ask for cancellation or request a refund, which will be issued immediately. The company announced this procedure after DoT said that they need a license and necessary authorization before starting pre-booking process.

Similarly, the 4GB/64GB variant of the Moto G51 will now cost you Rs. 17,999 instead of Rs. 14,999. The company has not the reason behind the increasing price of smartphones.
