Super AMOLED Display – The new Realme 8 gets an impressive 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 1000 nits of maximum brightness. It is a big upgrade from its predecessor as the Realme 7 used to get an IPS LCD panel.

While on paper the specs look similar to the Realme 7, the Realme 8’s primary sensor is manufactured by Omnivision and not Sony. Additional Bloatware – Like most other budget and mid-range smartphones these days, the new Realme 8 gets a lot of third-party apps pre-installed and while some of them can be uninstalled, some can’t be done.

Quite Similar to Realme 7 – The last negative point about the new Realme 8 is that it is quite similar to the Realme 7 and doesn’t feel like a big update. Apart from the addition of a Super AMOLED display and some aesthetic changes, the new Realme 8 is completely identical to the Realme 7.
