Vivo has officially launched the Vivo T2 5G and T2x 5G phones in India as successors to last year’s Vivo T1 lineup. The Vivo T2 has a waterdrop notch for the front-facing camera, while the back of the phone features two circular rings to house the dual camera sensors. Design & Display

The Vivo T2 features a 6.38-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch front camera, 1300nits brightness, 6000000:1 contrast ratio, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution. The dimensions of the device are 158.91 x 73.53 x 7.80 mm, and it weighs 172 grams.

Processor

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and Adreno 619GB GPU for graphics. It comes with 6GB + 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card.

Camera

The Vivo T2 boasts two cameras on the back: a primary 64MP sensor with OIS and EIS and a secondary 2MP bokeh sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16MP front-facing camera.

Battery

The phone comes with a 4,500mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging.

Other Features

The phone runs on Android 13-based Funtouch OS custom skin out of the box and features an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C connection for charging and data syncing are among the connectivity possibilities.

The Vivo T2x comes with a large 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display that has a waterdrop notch front camera and a resolution of 2408 × 1080 pixels. For added security, the phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Processor

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC and comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that can be expanded via a microSD card.

Camera

The Vivo T2x sports two cameras on the back, one with a 50MP primary camera sensor and the other with a 2MP bokeh secondary camera sensor. Additionally, there is an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats.

Battery

There is also a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

Other Features

The phone includes connectivity options like 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data syncing. It runs on Android 13 with the Funtouch OS custom skin.

Vivo T2, Vivo T2x: Price And Availability

The Vivo T2 is available in India at a price of Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs. 20,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version. It comes in Velocity Wave and Nitro Blaze color options. Vivo is also offering Rs. 1,500 instant discount and a 3-month no-cost EMI option. The phone will go on sale starting from April 18, 2023, through Flipkart and Vivo India’s website.

The Vivo T2x is priced at Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model, Rs. 13,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model, and Rs. 15,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. For a limited time, there is a Rs. 1,000 instant bank discount. The phone is available in Marine Blue, Aurora Gold, and Glimmer Black color options. It will be available for purchase from April 21 at 12 PM IST through Flipkart and Vivo websites.
