Chinese car maker Bajoun unveiled a new 5-door electric SUV earlier this year in its home country China. Called the Bajoun Yep Plus, the new electric SUV is rumored to be heading to the Indian markets carrying an MG badging. In the latest developments, Bajoun has shared new set of Yep Plus images detailing more design and feature insights. Is this a confirmation for an upcoming launch? Let’s find out below:

Bajoun Yep Plus New Image Batch Released

The latest image batch of the Bajoun Yep Plus highlights the modern and practical design. This electric SUV highlights a boxy yet compact design despite being a 5-door model. With its practical design approach, the Bajoun Yep Plus is expected to be an ideal ride solution for both city as well off road tracks.

With the new set of images, the Bajoun Yep Plus’s agrresive front styling is highlighted. It is one of those few e-SUVs to flaunt a uniquely-style LED headlamp which includes as many as 184 LED beads. This setup allows high visibility by extending the low beam angle to 45° and high beam throw to up to 178 meters.

If we speak of its overall dimensions, the Bajoun Yep Plus measures 3,996 x 1,760 mm x 1,726 mm (length x breadth x height) and offers 150 mm ground clearance. The latest set of Yep Plus images also highlights the rugged profile with the thick body cladding along with a sturdy bumper design.

Bajoun Yep Plus Powertrain Details

The MG Comet EV-based 5-door SUV is introduced with a RWD (rear wheel drive) option with the electric motor mounted on its rear axle. The 75 kW electric motor gets linked to LFP battery pack whose capacity is not revealed at this point. However, rumors indicate the range delivery offered by the Bajoun Yep Plus could be over 400 km on a single charge.
