The latest Mahindra e-Alfa Super electric scooter comes with several notable features and upgrades. For reference, Mahindra also had introduced a standard e-Alfa model in the country previously. The latest electric three-wheeler manufacturing is handled by Mahindra Last Mile Mobility. According to Mahindra, the e-Alfa Super electric rickshaw offers an improved and durable build quality compared to the standard e-Alfa electric rickshaw variant.

Mahindra further claims the e-Alfa Super electric three-wheeler rickshaw is equipped with superior quality of comfort as well as safety features that will enhance the commute experience. Speaking of the powertrain and features, the Mahindra e-Alfa electric rickshaw is packed with an electric motor. The 1.64kW electric motor inside the new electric rickshaw can produce a peak torque of 22Nm. This is ample power to pull heavy loads smoothly.

The Mahindra e-Alfa Super gets its power from an integrated 140Ah lead-acid battery pack. This new e-Alfa electric scooter is capable of delivering around 95 km range with each charge cycle. The powerful powertrain of the e-Alfa three-wheeler electric scooter will allow it to double up as a cargo vehicle if required.

Besides, it is designed as a modern transport solution where it can not only ferry passengers but also cargo loads daily. Mahindra will ship the new e-Alfa three wheeler rickshaw with an 18A charger. However, the company hasn’t shared any details on the charging speeds of the battery yet.

Both the new Ather 450S and Ather 450X electric scooters have been launched with upgraded features including security features. Starting with the Ather 450S, the brand has announced this budget-friendly electric scooter with a 5.4 kW electric motor. It is claimed to produce a peak torque of 22Nm and can accelerate from 0-40 kmph within 3.9 seconds.

Ather has used a 2.9 kWh battery pack inside the Ather 450S electric scooter model. This variant can deliver a riding range of 115 km on a single charge. Speaking of additional set of features, the Ather 450S electric scooter has a large 7-inch DeepView digital display which shows all the relevant ride date.

A joystick control is added on the left handle that helps with navigating the functions on the screen. For suspension, the Ather 450S is equipped with twin telescopic suspension system at the front, while at the rear, it features mono suspension.

Moving on to the Ather 450X, it has been launched in two different variants. One of the Ather 450X electric scooter model is packed woth a 2.9kWh battery pack, whereas, the second variant packs a slightly bigger 3.7 kWh battery pack. The battery capacity is the primary difference in the new Ather 450X electric scooter lineup.

The base variant can deliver a riding range of 111 km per charge and the hogh-end Ather 450X will offer 150 km per charge riding range. Both the Ather 450X models use the same 6.4 kW motor which can produce a peak torque of 26Nm. The Ather 450X electric scooter models can accelerate from 0-40 kmph in just 3.3 seconds.

To further enhance the security, Ather has integrated a FallSafe feature in both Ather 450S and the Ather 450X electric scooter models. This is dedicated security feature that can detect fall or crashes.

Now, the OEM has also revealed the optics and RAM/ storage variants of the tablet. The Vivo Pad Air tablet is packed with an 11.5-inch display. The panel used is same as the Vivo Pad 2, i.e., and LCD that supports a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The

Vivo Pad Air tablet’s display further comes with a resolution of 2.8K and supports 10-bit and P3 color gamut. The camera features are decent. The Vivo Pad Air has an 8MP main camera packed the rear panel for primary photography, while for selfies it relies on a standard 5MP sensor.

At its core, the Vivo Pad Air uses the premium Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 octa-core chipset as its brain of operations. This tablet will be available with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage space. Vivo has loaded its new tablet with the latest Android 13 OS which is further topped with the OriginOS 3.0 user interface designed specifically for tablets.

The Vivo Pad Air offers Wi-Fi (up to 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS connectivity features. It has a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers. It is compatible with Vivo Pencil 2 stylus pen and also magnetic keyboard. It uses an 8,500 mAh battery pack along with 44W fast charging to keep the lights on.

Vivo Pad Air Price, Availability

Vivo has launched the Pad Air tablet in multiple configurations where the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at CNY 1,799 (approx. Rs. 20,000). The Vivo Pad Air tablet with 8GB RAM+256GB storage and 8GB RAM+ 512GB storage have been launched at CNY 1,999 (approx. Rs. 23.000) and CNY 2,299 (Rs. 26,000 approx.) respectively, while the top-most model with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at CNY 2,599 (Rs. 29,732). Vivo will be selling the Pad Air tablet in China starting August 18 in China but has confirmed its availability in the global markets.

There have been rumors that Reliance could launch new Jio phone models at the AGM 2023 event alongside Jio Financial services. A recent BIS listing certainly backs the rumors and confirms upcoming Jio Phone launch in India. Here are the details:

New Jio Phone Models Certified In India

Reliance is expected to make multiple product announcements at the AGM 2023 event. We already have come across several reports hinting at the upcoming JioPhone 5G model’s launch in India. However, Reliance might be working on more Jio phone models which could debut alongside the JioPhone 5G at the AGM 2023 event. The BIS (Bureau Of Indian Standards) has two Jio phone models listed on its portal which suggests an imminent launch in the country.

Tipster Mukul Sharma has been the first to spot the BIS listing of upcoming Jio Phone models. The certification listing was shared on Twitter which confirms the model numbers. One of the variants has the JB161W1 model number, while the other Jio Phone cleared its certification with the JBV162W1 model number.

Unfortunately, there is no clarification as of now if these two model number belongs to different configuration variants of the JioPhone 5G or some other models altogether. Another crucial information revealed by the BIS certification listing is the Make in India manufacturing of the new Jio Phone. The listing reveals the new Jio Phone models are being manufactured in Noida.

That said, we can expect Reliance to launch the new Jio Phone models at the AGM 2023 event which will be hosted later this month. Several leaks have detailed the design and key features of the Jio Phone 5G model. Likewise, if Reliance has additional models in store for the Indian audience, we would surely get some information in the coming days.

As mentioned above, Xiaomi has officially teased the features of the third Pad 6 series tablet. Starting with the screen, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max will have a larger display panel compared to the Xiaomi pad 6 Pro. With this model, Xiaomi is taking a step ahead in the tablet market and bringing in a 14-inch model for the first time. Just for reference, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro variant features an 11-inch LCD panel which is approximately 60 percent smaller compared to the Pad 6 Max.

The official teaser doesn’t has only revealed the display size. But going by the leaks, we assume it could offer a 144Hz refresh rate and a screen resolution of over 2K. It seems that the display panel on the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet is one of the primary upgrades when compared to the existing models in the Pad 6 series.

The second feature confirmed by Xiaomi for the Pad 6 Max tablet model is the chipset. This variant too will be equipped with the octa-core MediaTek Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset under the hood. The teaser doesn’t confirm the RAM and storage configuration but we could see up to 12GB RAM and 256Gb storage models. Nevertheless, the firmware version would be identical as the other models, i.e., Android 13 OS-based MIUI skin.

Next up is the audio system, which as per Xiaomi will be an eight-speaker module for premium audio delivery. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet will be packed with a 10,000 mAh battery pack which will get 67W fast charging support as the remaining models. Furthermore, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max is also said to double up as PC with features such as WPS Office and quad-window split-screen feature. We are yet to get details on the camera and other features which Xiaomi could reveal ahead of the launch.

After launching its second-generation flagship Android tablet, Vivo is back with another new tablet model. This time, the Chinese OEM has launched a mid-range variant called the Vivo Pad Air. The latest tablet from Vivo has been currently introduced in China with features like a 2.8K 144Hz screen, an octa-core Snapdragon chipset and more. The Vivo Pad Air has slightly trimmed down hardware compared to the high-end Vivo Pad 2 tablet model. However, it still has powerful set of features including a large 11.5-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The LCD panel of the Vivo Pad Air tablet further has an aspect ratio of 3:3 and supports a 2.8K screen resolution along with P3 wide color gamut. The screen is apt for video playback and gaming. Under the hood, the Vivo Pad Air has a premium Qualcomm chipset taking care of the performance delivery. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 870 processor which has been used by multiple flagship Android phones till date. The firmware loaded inside the Vivo Pad Air tablet is Android 13 OS layered with a custom UI on top.

To handle all the graphics requirements, this SoC has an Adreno 650 GPU support. At this point, the RAM and storage configuration details are kept under the wraps. But we can assume this tablet could arrive with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space. The camera features are also under the wraps which Vivo could reveal in the coming weeks. As for the battery specs, the Vivo Pad Air is powered by a 8,500 mAh battery pack which is accompanied by 45W quick charging tech.

Vivo has currently not announced the price of the Vivo Pad Air tablet. Also, the global availability is uncertain.
