Vivo Y21t Leaked Promotional Poster Reaffirms Full Specifications; SD 680 SoC, 50MP Triple Cameras Confirmed

Vivo is gearing up to bring its next budget smartphone for the Indian audience in the form of the Y21t. Just a few days ago, the India launch of this new budget model was tipped for January 3, 2022. The key specifications were also tipped via the exclusive report shared via 91Mobiles. The latest development comes in the form of leaked promotional poster courtesy of which the complete specs of the Vivo Y21t have been revealed.

The Vivo Y21t’s leaked promotional poster image has been shared by Onsitego in association with tipster Yogesh Brar. The image of the handset’s back panel is also present on the poster. It shows a single-tone finish and a big vertical camera module in the upper left corner.

According to the leaked poster, the Vivo Y21t’s rear camera setup will include a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The main camera will be clubbed with a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and another 2MP sensor for bokeh shots with an f/2.4 aperture. The poster has also confirmed an IPS LCD panel which will measure 6.58-inches and will support 1080 x 2408 pixels FHD+ resolution and 90.6 percent screen-to-body ratio.

The handset sports a waterdrop notch which will feature an 8MP sensor. Under the hood, the Vivo Y21t will be accommodating the Snapdragon 680 processor. The configurations tipped are 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device will also support 1GB virtual RAM. The expandable storage support (up to 1TB) is also present.

Additional features revealed by the leaked poster include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner based on FunTouch OS 12. The connectivity options will be 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The battery powering the handset will be a 5,000 mAh unit which will be combined with 18W fast charging support.

As mentioned above, the Vivo Y21t is coming to the Indian market on January 3, 2022. The pricing of the handset could be well under Rs. 15,000 considering it is packed with mid-tier hardware and is a regular 4G handset. It has been listed with the OnePlus NE2210 model number and an octa-core 3GHz processor codenamed ‘taro’. For the unaware, this is Qualcomm’s latest premium chipset called the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.

The OnePlus 10 Pro’s Geekbench listing reaffirms the 12GB RAM option which previous leaks have also tipped. The storage capacity isn’t specified nor are the additional RAM variants. The Oppo Reno7 specifications have been out in the wild since it has gone official in China recently. It is a Snapdragon 778G processor-powered handset which is available with up to 12GB RAM and a 256GB storage option. The device will be arriving in India with a 6.43-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole camera cutout. The cutout will be storing a 32MP selfie camera

No image of this limited edition model (both front and the back panel) has been revealed by the teaser.

Therefore, the primary design highlights remain a mystery for now. But since this upcoming model will is a Dragon Ball Z Edition we can expect the skin to be based on the same theme. The specifications and other features would probably same as the standard GT 2 Pro or the GT 2 Pro Master Edition.

Notably, the key features of the latter are also yet to surface. The Xiaomi 12 series is heading to the Indian market soon. This information comes via 91Moboles. However, the publication hasn’t given any speculations on the exact launch date. Therefore, it would be hard to guess if the handset will be launching in January or February, or sometime later.

It also can’t be said if Xiaomi will introduce the remaining two models (vanilla Xiaomi 12 and the Xiaomi 12 Pro) alongside the Xiaomi 12x. Vivo V23, V23 Pro Price In India Leaked Ahead Of January 5 Launch; Flipkart Availability Confirmed

Vivo’s upcoming premium mid-range smartphone series, i.e, the Vivo V23 series is constantly making it to the headlines courtesy leaks and rumors. The vanilla V23 and the V23 Pro are scheduled for January 5 launch in India, while the V23e is said to arrive a month later in February. The pricing of the latter was tipped earlier. Now, a new leak has suggested the price of the vanilla and Pro model ahead of the next month’s launch. Separately, the online availability of the V23 series for the Indian market is also confirmed.

According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the vanilla Vivo V23 variant is said to be starting at Rs. 26,000 in India. The price of this model will go up to Rs. 29,000. The tipster has also shared the expected pricing of the Pro model which is said to be launched starting at Rs. 37,000. There could be other variants that might be priced at around Rs. 40,000.

Notably, the tipster had shared these prices earlier and later shared the newly updated price list. According to the latest update, the V23 series will be launched within the price range of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000. This is said to be excluding the V23e which as per recent reports will be arriving in February 2022 instead of January 5.

If we speak of the specifics shared, the vanilla V23 model is expected to debut with a starting price of either Rs. 31,000 or Rs. 32,000. This is likely for the 8GB RAM and 12GB RAM model respectively. Likewise, the Vivo V23 Pro is tipped to be available starting at Rs. 40,000.

The other variant is expected to be priced at Rs. 42,000. The Pro variant is also likely to be available with 8GB and 12GB RAM options. The color variants available would be Stardust Black and Sunshine Gold for both models. It is worth adding that the Vivo V23 series leaked prices haven’t got any official backing.
