GT Force Electric Motorcycle Official Teaser Shared: Pre-Bookings Commenced

GT Force after expanding its e-scooter portfolio is now focusing on the e-motorcycle segment too. The latest teaser poster shared by the brand reveals a new electric motorcycle heading to the Indian market. GT Force hasn’t mentioned the name of the electric motorcycle model yet but has tipped its arrival within a month in the Indian market.

Furthermore, the new GT Force electric motorcycle is said to cater to both urban and rural commuters in the country. This is an indication that the next GT Force e-motorcycle will be an affordable option for the Indian consumers. But, it’ll be too soon to comment on its pricing considering the exact specs and features are not out completely yet.

It is worth mentioning that GT Force has also started taking up pre-bookings for the upcoming electric motorcycle in India. Interested consumers can head to the nearby authorized GT Force service centers to register the electric motorcycle.

The powertrain is not entirely revealed yet but GT Force has specified a riding range between 120- 130 km in a full battery charge. GT Force also claims the upcoming e-motorcycle will be able to reach a top speed of up to 70 kmph which will be ideal for daily city rides.

TVS Motor has announced a loyalty bonus of Rs. 10,000 for the iQube ST e-scooter model. As mentioned above, the iQube ST’s deliveries commenced last month itself after a delay of several months. But wait, there’s a catch. The offer announced is for a limited segment of consumers.

TVS Motors is giving out the loyalty bonus to only the customers who had done the pre-bookings for the iQube ST e-scooter model before July 2022. To recap, the TVS iQube ST’s deliveries were postponed due to reduced FAME subsidies. The consumers who didn’t cancel their pre-bookings despite the delayed availability will receive Rs. 10,000 discount.

It is worth adding that the TVS iQube ST comes in dual battery pack options. The loyalty bonus is being provided on both models. If we speak of the pricing, the TVS iQube ST with a smaller 3.4 kWh battery pack carries a price label of Rs. 1.56 lakh (ex showroom).

With the loyalty bonus, this model will be available for Rs. 1.46 lakh ( ex showroom). On the other hand, the iQube ST featuring the bigger 5.1 kWh battery pack carries a price tag of Rs. 1.86 lakh (ex showroom) which with the added discount can be grabbed at Rs. 1.76 lakh (ex showroom).

MG Wuling BinguoEV Design Patent Leaks: How Dows It Look?

The MG Wuling BinguoEV design patent reveals the compact and curvy design of the next MG electric car. The design language overall is said to be familiar to that of the the newly launched Fiat 500. The curvy bonnet and a small blanked-off grille beneath it combined with X-shaped LED headlamps completes the front profile design. Another key design highlight of the Wuling BinguoEV is the water-splash wheel caps that are gripping 15-inch wheels.

The MG Wuling BinguoEV will feature dual-tone floating roof design and an X-shaped LED rear tail lamps as well. VinFast VF3 Compact Electric SUV Powertrain Revealed Officially

VinFast is set to launch its smallest electric car called the VF3 in India. The micro e-SUV has been patented in the country and will likely be the first EV in the country from the Vietnamese auto manufacturer. The VinFast VF3 will be equipped with a RWD (Rear wheel drive) motor pack producing 43.5 bhp of peak power and 110Nm of peak torque.

This upcoming electric car from VinFast will feature an 18.64 kWh battery pack with which it will produce up to 210 km range per charge. This compact e-SUV is said to measure 3,190 mm (length) x 1,679 mm (width) x 1,622 mm (height) and will have a wheelbase of 2,075 mm.

Maruti Suzuki eVX Spy Video Surfaces Online

Maruti Suziki eVX’s spy video has been leaked this week while being tested near Maruti plant in Gurugram. The eVX first real life spy video shows the prototype equipped with an LED headlamp setup. Its overall profile appears broader which hints at a roomier cabin. The spy video of the eVX also revealed ORVM with integrated cameras and rear C-pillar mounted door handles.

Multiple Mahindra Electric SUVs Snapped Side-By-Side

Mahindra’s electric fleet got snapped once again this week. Hyundai Creta EV Test Mule Snapped Getting Charged

Hyundai Creta EV was recently snapped getting charged at a station in Pune, Maharashtra. This is the second sighting of the upcoming mid-size Hyundai e-SUV’s test mule. It previously was spotted doing test runs on the streets. Fresh visuals of the Creta EV has clarified multiple new details. The images show a camera mounting underneath the ORVMs for blind spot mirroring.

Additionally, the integrated ORVM camera modules is a confirmation for a 360-degree surveillance camera safety system. Overall design silhoutte of the Creta EV is identical to that of the ICE model. The same has been confirmed by the previous spy shots too. Furthermore, this test mule leak is also seen with the same blanked-off front grille design.

The spy shots also indicate a drag-reducing allow wheel design. This would be one of the EV-specific design elements which will be evident on the Creta EV. The e-SUV is also expected to be equipped with drag-resistant tyres which will help with extended mileage and economic rides overall.

Hyundai Creta EV: Other Key Details

The Creta EV will possibly include the same cabin features as the ICE model. It might feature the same infotainment screen with Android Auto and Car Play support. The XUV.e9, XUV.e8, and the BE.05 are amongst the first in lot to break covers in the Indian market. Mahindra XUV.e8, XUV.e9, And BE.05 Electric SUVs Test Mules Snapped Together

The upcoming Mahindra electric SUV fleet comprising the XUV.e8, XUV.e9, and the BE.05 have been snapped together. The test mules of these three electric SUVs have been captured while getting charged at a mall in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The latest snapshots of the XUV.e and BE series e-SUVs not just shows the real life road stance but also a clear difference between the overall profile.

The XUV.e9 is said to be somewhere around 4.8 m in length and appears to be bulkier than the XUV.e8. The XUV.e9 will likely offer a roomier cabin compared to the XUV.e8. The latter is reportedly sharing the same length profile as its ICE variant, i.e., the XUV 700.

The XUV.e9 also is unique in overall design as it gets a rear-mounted charging port. The placement is on the left-rear edge. It isn’t clear where the charging port is mounted on the XUV.e8 in these latest spy shot images. But it’ll likely be equipped on the side profile. As for the BE.05 e-SUV, the charging slot is positioned on the side panel similar to the BE.05. The same has been revealed by the previous test mule images.

The test mule of the XUV.e9 and the XUV.e8 further shows an identical fascia featuring the same headlamp design and a robust bonnet design. The snapshots further shows parking sensors up front and a radar box for ADAS along with dual-LED projector headlamp design.

Details revealed by VinFast included the dimensions and powertrain. The compact EV is said to measure 3,190 mm in length, 1,679 mm in width, 1,622 mm in height. Its wheelbase will measure 2,075 mm and ground clearance will be 191mm. The compact VinFast EV will sit on 16-inch alloy wheels and feature a blanked-off grille design. As mentioned, VinFast is touting this small electric car as a compact e-SUV.

Moving on from the design, the VF3 spec-sheet revealed seems to hold decent power. The VF3 will be driven by a rear-axle mounted electric motor. The power generated by the single motor setup will be 43.5 hp, whereas, the peak torque generated will be around 110 Nm.

The RWD motor will be linked to a 18.64 kWh Li-Ion battery module which is claimed to deliver up to 210 km per charge range delivery. This range figures are as per NEDC cycle. The compact electric SUV will take just 36 minutes to get a charge from 10- 70 percent. This charging speed will be achieved with a fast charger.
