Tata Curvv EV New Spy Shots: New Details Emerge

Tata Curvv EV’s new test mule images that have been shared gives us a quick glance at both exterior as well as the interiors. Starting with the externals; though heavily camouflaged, is seen with a bold coupe-styling despite being a compact e-SUV.

It can be seen flaunting a connected LED Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) and EV-specific design cues including the closed-off grille, large air vents, and more. The front design aesthetics of the Curvv EV is somewhat similar to that of the Nexon EV. Notably, the last test mule leak of the Curvv EV parked at the charging station confirmed a front-fender mounted charging port.

Just like the previous test mule images, the new snapshots also can be seen with a slanting roofline highlighting the coupe styling. Paytm Fastag is banned entirely across NHAI toll plazas in India. This comes as a part of the RBI guideline where Paytm Bank services have been restricted in India. After NHAI’s confirmation of Paytm’s removal from the list of its authorized service providers for Fastag, Paytm also started notifying users to switch to different banks for the same. As previously mentioned, the deadline for Paytm Fastag cancelation got over back in March 2024.

So applying for a new FasTag is the only resort left for the Paytm Fastag owners. Notably, NHAI’s One Vehicle One FasTag initiative has a major role to play. Paytm owners can only apply for a new FasTag for HDFC, IDFC, ICICI, and others if they have cancelled their previously issued Paytm FasTag.

You would need to provide basic details such as contact, and vehicle registration, etc, to get a new FasTag. A minimum security amount will also be charged for the FasTag to be issued. In the latest developments, BYD India has revealed the ATTO 3 has logged its ARAI homologation certification. As stated above, the certification will now lift the restrictions on the import unit on the ATTO 3. For reference, previous cap for total BYD ATTO 3 unit import in the country was limited to 2500 units.

Raptee Energy’s assembly unit located in Chennai is said to be completely operational as the brand has rolled out first batch of its electric motorcycle from the same location. The production-ready e-motorcycle model boarding out of the manufacturing plant indicates the brand is all set to commence the testing process before releasing the commercial model for the consumers.

Before the commercial units hit the stores, Raptee will make its debutant electric motorcycle to go through a series of rigorous tests. With these test runs, Raptee will be able to analyze the real-life performance of the electric motorcycle including an ARAI-certified range. Maruti Suzuki eVX India Launch Delayed: What’s The Reason?

As per a report via Autocar professional, Maruti Suzuki eVX’s India launch is now postponed. Previously tipped to debut by 2024, the upcoming e-SUV will now be introduced by 2025 in the country. While Maruti has not commented on the postponed launch timeline or reasoning, it is believed that the auto maker is experiencing multiple challenges to begin the mass productions for the country.

The unforeseen challenges which the brand is coming across is ranging from battery supply to software updates. As per the industry sources, Maruti Suzuki is still working through the complex EV powertrain and software compatibility for the eVX.
