At the Wanderlust Event 2023, Apple unveiled its new-generation premium smartwatch lineup called the Watch Series 9. The successor to the Watch Series 8 is launched with a brighter screen, latest WatchOS 10, redesigned UI, and a new S9 SiP chip. Here’s everything you need to know:

With the new product lineups, Apple is aiming towards reducing the carbon footprints of all its manufactured products. The same applies to the Apple Watch Series 9 which brings an environmental friendly design without compromising on the wearing comfort or luxurious appeal.

It comes in 41mm and 45mm sizes and uses new Sport Loop band which is carbon neutral. This new FineWoven material replaces leather and is durable microtwill constructed using 68 percent post-consumer recycled products.

The Apple Watch Series 9’s display is improved over the previous-gen model. The new-generation Apple Watch uses an advanced display architecture which offers enhanced brightness of up to 2000 nits. This double what the Watch 8 series offered.

The latest Watch Series 9 is now capable of processing Siri requests on the watch itself. No internet connection would be required to give voice commands for various tasks such as setting up timer or starting a workout session/timer. Apple has loaded the Watch Series 9 with a powerful Neural Engine that is 25 more accurate compared to the Watch Series 8.

Furthermore, the Watch Series 9 allows Sir to access data from Health app to monitor fitness. Under the hood, the Apple Watch Series 9 uses S9 SiP chip and a second-generation Ultra Wideband (UWB) chip that enables precise tracking for the iPhone 15 models. It offers not just distance and directions but also visual, haptic, and audio tracking for any compatible iPhone that is misplaced.

The Apple Watch Series 9’s UWB chip allows integration between the smartwatch and the HomePod within 4 meters of range. Using this feature, one would be able to play audio/media on HomePod using the Apple Watch Series 9. Furthermore, the Apple Watch Series 9 gets the latest WatchOS 10 which brings along a redesigned UI with new app icons, Smart Stack, Watch faces, and more.

After launching the C12i EX Max electric scooter earlier this year, Bgauss has launched another new affordable model in the Indian market. The latest variant from Bgauss is the C12i EX which is made available for pre-orders in the country via official Bgauss website. The new budget electric scooter highlight features includes up to 85km ramge and IP67-certified battery pack.

The Bgauss C12i EX flaunts a conventional two-wheeler scooter design with underfoot storage space. This new affordable Bgauss electric scooter is packed with a PMSM hub electric motor which can produce a continuous power of 2500W. It is further equipped with a 2kWh lithium-ion battery pack.

The swappable battery module is a practical aspect offered by the C12i EX electric scooter. Also, the battery gets IP67 certification for added protection from dust and water. The ARAI certified range which the Bgauss C12i EX electric scooter is claimed to deliver is up to 85 km per charge. Notably, the electric scooter features multiple riding modes including Eco and Sport with the former offering better range with each charge cycle compared to the latter.

The Bgauss C12i EX electric scooter’s battery takes around three hours to get a full charge from 0 to 100 percent. As for the top speed, this budget-friendly electric scooter can reach up to 60kmph. This electric scooter takes approximately 8.5 seconds to accelerate from 0-40 kmph. Bgauss has also loaded the new electric scooter with CAN-enabled technology which will allow the riders to use connected-ride system for a premium experience.

For breaking, the Bgauss C12i EX electric scooter uses 130mm drum brakes both upfront and at the rear combined with CBS (Combi Breaking System). The suspensions are taken care of by hydraulic telescopic unit at the front and 4 Step Adjustable Double Hydraulic Spring suspension at the rear.

The Bgauss C12i EX electric scooter is an affordable option announced at Rs. 99,999 (Ex-showroom) in India. It comes in multiple color options to choose from including Brooklyn Black, Pearl White, Foliage Green, Matte Bgauss Blue, Shiny Silver, Yellow Black, and Red Black.
