Xiaomi has introduced its new range of products in China including the flagship Pad 6 Max tablet, Mi Mix fold 3, and Redmi K60 smartphone lineup. Alongside, Xiaomi’s sub brand Redmi also introduced its new-generation Android tablet. Called the Redmi Pad SE, the latest tablet has arrived instead of the Redmi Pad 2 which was in the rumors for a while. Here’s everything you need to know:

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Pad SE in the European markets with mid-tier spec sheet. This model is packed with an 11-inch display which is an LCD panel similar to the first-gen Redmi Pad model. The screen supports a 2K resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Additionally, the panel offers a refresh rate of 90Hz and has a peak brightness of 400 nits. The Redmi Pad SE’s display is TUV Rheinland certified that helps the screen to cut down on Blue light emissions.

In terms of camera hardware, the Redmi Pad SE employs a single 8MP camera sensor at the rear panel. The rear camera of the new Redmi tablet is capable of recording 1080p videos @30 fps. The selfies and video calling requirements are taken care of by a single 5MP camera up front. For the audio delivery, the Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE has a quad-speaker module combined with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio technologies.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE tablet utilizes the mid-range octa-core Snapdragon 680 chipset for performance delivery. This Qualcomm chipset is fabricated using a 6nm processor and is clubbed with 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options for multitasking requirements. Unlike the multiple storage options, the Redmi Pad SE has a single 128GB onboard storage space. It also features an microSD card slot for storage expansion.

The Redmi Pad SE will be shipping with Android 13 OS which will be layered with an MIUI 14 Pad interface on top. This UI will allow the tablet to double up as laptop for convenience with various tasks. In terms of connectivity, the new Redmi Pad tablet will offer standard Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS networks. It will also feature a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port. The Redmi Pad SE will be drawing its power from an 8,000 mAh battery pack which will support a standard 10W charging.

Redmi Pad SE Price, Official India Launch Timeline

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Pad SE starting at €199 (approx. Rs. 18,000 ) for the 4GB RAM model. This tablet with 6GB RAM is priced at €229 (approx Rs. 20,500), while the top model is launched at €249 (approx. Rs. 22,700). The color options available for this notebook includes Lavender Purple, Graphite Gray, and Mint Green shades. Xiaomi is yet to announce the Redmi Pad SE’s official launch date for India but the developments could soon emerge.

After several weeks of anticipations, Xiaomi has finally launched another new Pad 6 flagship tablet model. The third variant in the recently launched premium tablet lineup is the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max which brings along an upgraded hardware sheet including a bigger screen and more. Below are the details:

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max flaunts an identical design language as the remaining Pad 6 siblings. It has a premium and rugged metallic body frame that packs over 60 percent large screen compared to the remaining variants. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max’s LCD panel measures 14-inches in size and supports a 2.8K screen resolution. The display panel has 120Hz refresh rate as the remaining variants.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max is loaded with eight speakers which get Dolby Atmos audio support for enhanced audio performance. The tablet will be providing a premium cinematic experience with OTT platforms while binging on shows and movies.

Under the hood, its the same octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile chipset for power delivery as the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. Xiaomi has also added a dedicated heat dissipation module with a large 15839 surface area that will allow users to play games and use the tablet extensively without any major heating issues. For multitasking and date storage, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet offers up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of native storage space.

The imaging setup of the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet includes a dual rear camera module housing a 50MP main lens clubbed with another 2MP bokeh sensor. For selfie, this premium tablet has a big 30MP sensor with a 3D ToF lens that will aid with quick and accurate Face Unlock.

Battery capacity packed inside the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet is a 10,000 mAh unit. It gets a 67W fast charging support for quick refuels and Surge G1 protection chip for protection from voltage oversurge.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Max Price, Availability In India?

Xiaomi has introduced the Pad 6 Max tablet in three different RAM and storage options. The entry-level Xiaomi Pad 6 Max with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is launched at CNY 3,799 (approx Rs. 43,400), while the 12GB RAM+ 256GB storage model will cost CNY 3,999 (approx Rs. 46,000).

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max with 12GB RAM+ 512GB storage will cost CNY 4,399 (approx. Rs. 50,672) and the most powerful variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is launched at CNY 4,799 (approx. Rs. 55,200). The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet is currently available in China in Black and Solver shades and is yet to make its debut in the global markets.

Both the new Ather 450S and Ather 450X electric scooters have been launched with upgraded features including security features. Starting with the Ather 450S, the brand has announced this budget-friendly electric scooter with a 5.4 kW electric motor. It is claimed to produce a peak torque of 22Nm and can accelerate from 0-40 kmph within 3.9 seconds.

Ather has used a 2.9 kWh battery pack inside the Ather 450S electric scooter model. This variant can deliver a riding range of 115 km on a single charge. Speaking of additional set of features, the Ather 450S electric scooter has a large 7-inch DeepView digital display which shows all the relevant ride date.

A joystick control is added on the left handle that helps with navigating the functions on the screen. For suspension, the Ather 450S is equipped with twin telescopic suspension system at the front, while at the rear, it features mono suspension.

Moving on to the Ather 450X, it has been launched in two different variants. One of the Ather 450X electric scooter model is packed woth a 2.9kWh battery pack, whereas, the second variant packs a slightly bigger 3.7 kWh battery pack. The battery capacity is the primary difference in the new Ather 450X electric scooter lineup.

The base variant can deliver a riding range of 111 km per charge and the hogh-end Ather 450X will offer 150 km per charge riding range. Both the Ather 450X models use the same 6.4 kW motor which can produce a peak torque of 26Nm. The Ather 450X electric scooter models can accelerate from 0-40 kmph in just 3.3 seconds.

To further enhance the security, Ather has integrated a FallSafe feature in both Ather 450S and the Ather 450X electric scooter models. This is dedicated security feature that can detect fall or crashes.

Ather 450S, Ather 450X Price In India

The Ather 450S updated model is launched at Rs. 1,29,999 in India. The Ather 450X with a smaller 2.9Kwh battery pack is priced at Rs. 1,37,999, while the high-end 450X with 3.7 kWh battery pack is announced at Rs. 1,44,999 in India.

A few days back, Vivo unveiled its third Android tablet called the Pad Air. The new premium mid-range tablet was announced in China. However, Vivo kept the camera, configuration, and other key features along with the pricing details a mystery all this while. But now, the Chinese tech giant has finally revealed all the details including hardware as well as pricing and availability.

We already know most of the key features offered by the Vivo Pad Air tablet including the display, chipset, and battery. Now, the OEM has also revealed the optics and RAM/ storage variants of the tablet. The Vivo Pad Air tablet is packed with an 11.5-inch display. The panel used is same as the Vivo Pad 2, i.e., and LCD that supports a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The

Vivo Pad Air tablet’s display further comes with a resolution of 2.8K and supports 10-bit and P3 color gamut. The camera features are decent. The Vivo Pad Air has an 8MP main camera packed the rear panel for primary photography, while for selfies it relies on a standard 5MP sensor.

At its core, the Vivo Pad Air uses the premium Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 octa-core chipset as its brain of operations. This tablet will be available with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage space. Vivo has loaded its new tablet with the latest Android 13 OS which is further topped with the OriginOS 3.0 user interface designed specifically for tablets.

The Vivo Pad Air offers Wi-Fi (up to 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS connectivity features. It has a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers. It is compatible with Vivo Pencil 2 stylus pen and also magnetic keyboard. It uses an 8,500 mAh battery pack along with 44W fast charging to keep the lights on.

Vivo Pad Air Price, Availability

Vivo has launched the Pad Air tablet in multiple configurations where the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at CNY 1,799 (approx. Rs. 20,000). The Vivo Pad Air tablet with 8GB RAM+256GB storage and 8GB RAM+ 512GB storage have been launched at CNY 1,999 (approx. Rs. 23.000) and CNY 2,299 (Rs. 26,000 approx.) respectively, while the top-most model with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at CNY 2,599 (Rs. 29,732). Step 1: Open your web browser and visit the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

Step 2: On the portal’s homepage, locate and click on the ‘File a complaint’ option.

Step 3: Read and agree to the terms and conditions presented on the subsequent page.

Step 4: Choose the ‘Report other cybercrime’ option.

Step 5: Opt for the ‘citizen login’ feature and provide your personal information, including name, email, and phone number.

Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number, fill in the captcha, and proceed by clicking ‘Submit’.

Step 7: On the ensuing page, furnish comprehensive information regarding the cybercrime you intend to report.

Step 8: General Information, Victim Information, Cybercrime Information, and Preview are the four sections that make up the form. Populate each section with related details.

Step 10: You’ll be directed to a page for incident details. Here, you can upload supporting evidence of the crime, such as screenshots or files.

Step 11: Once evidence is attached, click ‘Save and Next’.

Step 12: If you possess any information about the alleged suspect, provide the details in the next section.

Step 13: Verify the accuracy of the provided information and conclude the process by clicking ‘Submit’.

Step 14: A confirmation message will be issued, indicating the successful registration of your complaint. Simultaneously, an email containing your complaint ID and relevant details will be dispatched.

We have witnessed a trend with smartphone OEMs venturing into the laptop industry in recent years. Most of the brands have introduced budget-friendly options for the consumers globally as well in India. After Xiaomi, Realme, and Infinix, Tecno has also set its foot in the tablet market with the launch of its first ever laptop. The Tecno MegaBook T1 laptop is introduced in the Indian market with 11th Gen Intel Core series processors, up to 16GB RAM, and more. The features and specifications offered by the new Tecno laptop are listed below. Take a look:

The Tecno MegaBook T1 laptop is introduced with a modern design and has equipped it with premium features. The Tecno notebook features a horizontal shiny strip on the lid that adds to the appeal, while the total weight of 1.48 kg it is a portable laptop that will be easy to carry around. The Tecno MegaBook laptop has a 14.8mm thickness and integrates a physical fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

Tecno has packed the MegaBook T1 laptop woth a 15.6-inch display panel. The screen of the first Tecno laptop comes with an FHD resolution support and has a 100 percent sRGB color gamut. The laptop’s display further features an adaptive DC Dimming technology and a peak brightness level of a 350 nits. for audio, this laptop features a dual speaker module and also has DTS audio tech.

There is a 2MP webcam offered by the Tecno MegaBook laptop which will allow users to do web conferencing. It features a dual microphone system that gets AI environmental noise cancellation for enhanced audio clarity. For power delivery, the Tecno MegaBook T1 notebook features 11th Gen intel Core i3, intel Core i5, and Intel Core i7 chipset.

The notebook will be available with 8GB/16GB RAM and 512GB/1TB storage space. As for the firmware, the Tecno MegaBook will come with Windows 11 OS. The notebook will be using a 70Wh battery pack with 65W fast charging support.
