Following a successful run in the mobile space, Realme set its foot in the tablet space last year. The Realme Pad was introduced as the brand’s first Android tablet back in 2021. The Realme tablet was introduced with the standard 4G network support and premium mid-range hardware including the Helio G80 chipset and more. Recently, the Realme Pad mini marked its entry into the Indian market with trimmed-down hardware compared to the standard Realme Pad 4G tablet. But now, Realme is ready to take its first leap in the tablet market with a 5G-backed tablet; or two of them.

Realme Pad 5G Tablet In Works: Two Realme Tablet Models Might Launch Soon

The Realme Pad tablet will now be launched with 5G network connectivity. The upgraded version of the Realme Pad tablet is expected to launch soon as per a new leak. Noted Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station has shared some major clues on the upcoming Realme Pad 5G tablet models. The tipster has also hinted at what all features we can expect from the new-generation Realme tablets that are going official in China sometime soon.

According to the leak by Digital Chat Station, one of the upcoming Realme Pad 5G tablets will be breaking covers with the Realme Pad 5G Master Explorer Edition moniker. This would be the high-end model out of the two upcoming Realme tablets. The basic variant is expected with the same Realme Pad 5G moniker.

Speaking of the specifications, the standard Realme Pad 5G as per the leakster will employ the octa-core Snapdragon 870 5G chipset. This means the upcoming Realme tablet will be competing against the likes of the OPPO Pad and the Xiaomi Pad 5 in India and other markets. Notably, these two OPPO and Xiaomi tablets also use the same premium Qualcomm Snapdragon  870 chipset.

The tipster has not specified the RAM and storage capacity for this variant. However, we can expect up to 8GB RAM and 128Gb storage along with Android 12 OS. The standard Realme Pad 5G is further leaked with an IPS LCD panel that will deliver a 2.5K screen resolution. While the camera specifications have not been revealed, the upcoming 5G Realme tablet will is said to use a massive 8,360 mAh battery unit. Unfortunately, the fast charging capabilities are unspecified.

On the other hand, the Realme Pad 5G Master Explorer Edition will be using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chipset. This will make it one of the most premium Android tablets in its league. In fact, the Realme Pad 5G Master Explorer Edition could be the first Android tablet to be equipped with the unannounced Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processor.

Just for reference, Qualcomm is likely to announce this new flagship octa-core chipset in the second half of 2022. We can expect the same timeline for the Realme Pad 5G Master Explorer Edition launch as well in the global markets. As of now, that’s the only information available on the upcoming Realme Pad 5G and the Realme Pad 5G Explorer Edition tablets.

Separately, Realme has shared a teaser poster via its official Weibo handle that confirms the upcoming tablet launch in China. It is not clear at this point if the upcoming tablet would be a standard Realme Pad 4G model or any of the newly suggested 5G Realme Pad tablets. Since the Chinese audience is yet to receive the standard Realme Pad 4G tablet yet, chances are the remaining two variants are launched later. OPPO could unveil the Reno8 smartphone lineup in the coming months in India. However, the successor to the Reno7 series is expected to break covers sometime later this month in China. Until now, multiple models have been spotted out in the wild including the Reno8 Lite, Reno8 SE, vanilla Reno8, and the Reno8 Pro. But it seems the Reno8 series will have another variant whose existence has been suggested by a noted tipster. The rumored model is the Reno8 Pro+, the top-end variant in the upcoming OPPO Reno8 series.

OPPO Reno8 Pro+ Leaked Specifications

The OPPO Reno8 Pro+ development has been shared by tipster Mukul Sharma on Twitter. The tipster has revealed all the details related to the top-end model of the Reno8 smartphone lineup. Starting with the display, Sharma suggests the Reno8 Pro+ will be launched with the Dimensity 8100 Max processor combined with a custom MariSilicon X NPU. Notably, OnePlus’s upcoming Ace Speed Edition is also rumored to launch with the same octa-core MediaTek chipset as the Reno8 Pro+.

This indicates the Reno8 Pro+ could be one of the contenders of the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition. The top-end Reno8 phone is also said to be equipped with an X-axis linear motor. Furthermore, the Reno8 Pro+ leak also hints at a 32MP selfie camera. It will be a Sony IMX709 sensor which we have also seen on the Reno7 series.

The OPPO Renp8 Pro+’s rear camera hardware is also leaked by the tweet. This top-end Reno8 series phone will be packed with triple cameras where the primary sensor will be a 50MP Sony IMX766 lens. As of now, the details related to the remaining camera sensors are not specified. But we are speculating it’be an additional wide-angle sensor or a telephoto lens along with a depth or macro lens.

The OPPO Reno8 Pro+ will be packed with an OLED display. The screen size tipped is massive at 6.7-inches while the resolution tipped is FHD+. The Reno8 Pro+ OLED panel will also come with 120Hz refresh rate. Additional features tipped for the Reno8 Pro+ are Dual stereo speakers and NFC support. The Reno8 Pro+ will feature an aluminium metal frame design and will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery. The leak hints at 80W fast wired charging support.

Nothing’s first smartphone dubbed Phone (1) will be released soon, the Carl Pei-led company announced sometime back. While a precise date has not been announced, the company has hinted that the Nothing Phone (1) would be released in India around the same time as the global market. A fresh leak has now confirmed that the Nothing Phone (1) is on its way to India.

According to tipster Mukul Sharma, the Nothing Phone (1) is now being tested in India which hints at an imminent launch. Sharma, provided a screenshot the Nothing handset Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) listing. The screenshot displays the Nothing A063 model number might be of the upcoming Nothing Phone (1). He also stated that the batch production of the Nothing Phone (1) has started in a number of Eurasian countries, but he did not specify which ones. On the other hand, the BIS listing provides no information related to the Nothing Phone 1 hardware.

The Nothing Phone (1) smartphone is expected to come with a 6.43-inch FHD AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ compatibility. However, it’s unclear if this will be a flat or  curve edge display. The device is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor. It will have a single memory configuration of 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The Nothing Phone (1) is expected to pack a 4,500mAh battery. However, whether or not there will be fast or wireless charging support is unclear. Cameras on the device are likely to include a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP tertiary sensor.

While nothing is certain, Carl Pei, the founder of Nothing, hinted at a specific date while replying to one of his followers on Twitter. As a response to a user’s question about the launch specifics of the Nothing Phone (1), he tweeted “6/9 at 4:20”. If this is indeed the launch date, the Nothing Phone (1) might get released on June 9.

A report via Smartprix in association with reliable tipster @Onleaks has brought us the fresh Galaxy Z Fold 4 5K renders and the 36-degree video. Going by the report, Samsung has only made slight changes to the dimension and the rear camera system’s design.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will measure 155 x 130 x 7.1 mm in dimensions. This is less than the previous-gen model (Galaxy Z Fold 3) which has 158.2 x 128.1 x 6.4mm dimensions. This is when both handsets are in the unfolded state. The foldable design is the same on both Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. However, the back panel is slightly reworked on the Galaxy Z Fold 4.

Unlike the previous-gen model where the triple camera module was tucked inside a vertical module on the upper left corner, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has three protruding sensors housed separately in a vertical alignment. If you look closely, the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s camera design seems familiar to the Galaxy S22 series’ high-end variant, i.e, the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Furthermore, the leaked 5K render images of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 hint at a similar front design language. The specifications tipped for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 includes a 6.2-inch outer display (when folded) and a 7.6-inch panel (when unfolded). The company is also expected to use an under-display camera for optics. But the specifications are not revealed just yet.
