Facebook is working on a video dating app

These days, whenever we talk about social media platforms, most of them are covered and supported by Facebook, the giant billionaire company. All the top social platforms like – Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook are under just one company.

After the social chat and feeding photos media platform, they are now thinking of going wider by including more other application features. In other words, Facebook is working on building a video dating application.

As per the announcement, the new speed dating application, namely – Sparked, is developing by Facebook’s NPE internal team. This team created NPE apps that are just experiments on the products to change the primary subject.

Facebook claimed that their new dating app is different from every other present dating application in the market. The homepage of the Sparked dating app says that it is a video dating application. The app is absolutely free to use, and there will be no DMs, swiping, and public profiles in the app.

As per one of the reports by Verge, it is stated that the Sparked application apparently filters people through active video dates within the last four minutes. At this moment, it is not clear that per person how many dates they can attend per event. However, the app’s documentation says that if both daters have a great time together, both he and she can reschedule the 10-minutes date.

And now the best part comes. When both daters feel okay for each other after the second date, the application automatically suggests both users exchange their contact and personal information to actively keep in touch and to move forward with their relationship.

Procedure for creating an account on Sparked

Shockingly, the report also added the information that relatively, it is not easy to create an account for all users. Facebook chooses the unique way to create an account on Sparked. After submitting the response, the system will be reviewed, and then the only user will get permission to enter in the speed dating application. The app mentioned that the submitted answer would be scanned and reviewed by humans. Isn’t it unique and great!

Users also will face the option of whether they wanted to date a male, female or transgender person while creating an account.

Unfortunately, the application has not yet revealed how it will keep users’ data secure and provide safety for app users. Moreover, they also have not mentioned the details about how both daters will be matched.

The statement by the Verge also said that 47 people are signed into the system from Chicago. It is also not mentioned whether they have to login via a web portal or compulsory have to download the application on mobile. But, still, people are crazy about this and waiting to use it.

As per the report of MySmartPrice, the upcoming model of Poco, which is the M3 Pro, might be a remark of the recently launched Redmi Note 10 with the 5G support. Besides, they also discover that this M3 Pro with model number “M2103K19PI” will be released with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification, which means to offer the third party security of quality, reliability, and safety of users and product. The noticeable thing is that the “M2103K19PG” is spotted on Federal Communications Commission (FCC), while Note 10 by Redmi also belongs to it.

As per the documentation, it is stated that both Poco and Redmi devices (M3 Pro and Note 10, respectively) used similar material. However, the laser engraving and drawing of both these devices are different, which would change the design of the back panel and the position and size of branding.

There is no official functionality and specifications of M3 Pro 5G are revealed by Poco, but here we can predict some features of M3 Pro.

Snapdragon 750G is popular because it comes with the latest 5G network connectivity by using Qualcomm’s X52, which is a specially designed chipset for the 5G network. In addition, it is an Octa-Core processor with 2.2 GHz built on just an 8 Nanometer Fabrication, and Adreno 619 GPU provides graphics functionality.

Some Expected Features of M42

All You Need To Know About Xiaomi MIUI 12.5

Xiaomi has kicked off the exotic display of their unprecedented MIUI 12.5 India with a significantly stable ROM. Furthermore they have also announced the supporting devices in the pipeline. Professing it to be one step further of its last proposition in the form of MIUI 12. The Global debut in February along with Xiaomi Mi 11 was met with vivacious enthusiasm in the potential users.

What can you expect with MIUI 12.5?

The MIUI is an augmented version of the previous rendition of the MIUI 12 update and is consequently based on its predecessor Android 11. The MIUI 12.5 comes with an impenetrable privacy mechanism, optimized apps along with streamlining of the notification features, etc. In light of the recent boycotting of Chinese products, the company relayed the imperative details through a survey.

Privacy

MIUI 12.5 is believed to be a significant advancement in terms of privacy issues. It has incorporated additional Clipboard Protection, Sandbox Mechanism along Fuzzy Positioning. With the installation of Clipboard protection, keeping a log of each app will relay the message to the users as to which one is possibly about to go overboard to eventually read the imitated contents.

Furthermore, the Fuzzy positioning is capable of camouflage the location of a user to a couple of meters away as opposed to the exact location to strengthen the safety in various circumstances.

The installed browser will spontaneously block the unwanted downloads from malicious web pages. The company has even streamlined the changes as to how different websites track the varied users through a browser.

One more intriguing facet of the new launch will provide the users with the ability to divide their photos and intrinsic data without them relying on each other but will be independent in contrast to permitting apps to gain access to all through Sandbox Mechanism.

Performance

The company has aesthetically zeroed in on the system optimizations and a system UI revamp promises to have diminished the usage of CPU by approximately 22% along with the reduction in the consumption of power by a significant margin of 15%.

In the wake of these comprehensive alterations and upgrades, the smartphone will be equipped with the ability to deliver a smoother experience to the customers than MIUI 12.

The smartphone will try to ingratiate itself into the lives of million customers through a formidable dedicated thread which successfully handles descriptive system and gestures in tandem with other tasks which were previously addressed on a single piece of thread.

A newly unprecedented animation for specific folders as well as extracting apps propels the smartphone to be a prime whim of the customers. The power menu’s updated design and volume controller’s compatibility design bolster the user’s experience holistically. The cleaner app has been provided a new and dynamic design altogether.

Camera

The much-warranted beta update goes on to equip the phone with “Magic Clone Freeze Frame Mode” which reflects the idea that it goes on to form several distinct copies of an individual or any object that eventually coalesces into one during the course of the video.

In this version, the slider sticks to the bottom despite the toggles are scattered which was a major glitch in its predecessor when the slider used to vanish especially when the quick settings begin to expand further.

Henceforth, the brightness bar becomes easily accessible and user-friendly which evolves into one-handed slick usage and a better/easier process.

Battery

Users have been heard this time around, the battery usage has significantly been diminished by the option to delete redundant system apps. The apps that are usually not required and yet consume the battery can easily be done away with, in the new MIUI 12.5.

However, there are still some uninstallable apps that can be kept hidden to stabilize the usage of the battery. The new intriguing fingerprint animations and bubble notification support significantly contribute to garnering the attention of the customers.

Notification sounds

MIUI 12.5 has garnered considerable attention by offering notification sounds that generate from animals from four evergreen habitats that subsume the South American rainforest, Central Australia, Arctic Circle, and East African Grassland. In a nutshell, these sounds are predominantly incorporated from natural components like Sand, water, wood, etc. The augmented skin entails improved touch which delivers a great experience too.

Highlights

  • 5G mobilization – This phone is conducive to 5G technology
  • Slimmer, swift, and significantly efficient than its predecessors
  • Copy the desired text from the smartphone and paste it on your desktop
  • Performance bolstered with intriguing OS facets

LG Has Officially Quit Making Phones

Many were surprised when LG officially announced that they will not be manufacturing any cellphones in the future. LG bid farewell to smartphones this year. However, the rumours have been going around for several weeks. The company has taken the strategic decision to officially shut down its entire apparatus of mobile units.

Since LG will not be manufacturing phones anymore, they are determined to channelize they’re resources to more dynamic sectors like Electric Vehicles and Smart Homes. It seems that LG might be successful in topping these sectors since they have displayed their technological creativity many times in the past

But don’t be disheartened if you already own an LG phone or are inclined towards buying LG V60 or LG Velvet because it will still be tended to by the company. Both the products will stay in the inventory and are pegged to be in the stores and on online platforms. Furthermore, the pertinent service support and requisite updates will stay intact for all the existing LG users. So, decidedly there will not be any new instalment to the LG series.

The company expects to accomplish the winding-up process by the end of July 31, but customers can buy the product even after that stipulated date. The tech giant from South Korea finally came this decision after registering consecutive losses over the years, despite being the trailblazer in the incredibly competitive Android world.

Way forward for LG

Robotics is one prevalent avenue that the company might tap into in the future and mark its indelible presence in tandem with artificial intelligence. After being acknowledged worldwide as one of the colossal brands in the android arena and even being listed in the top three smartphone companies in the year 2013, the feats have somehow faded by the cutthroat competition from the ever-expanding market and relentless tech companies.

The popularity was to most extent devoured by the advent of formidable Chinese ventures like Xiaomi and Oppo with their aesthetic rendering to the customers and continues to do so across the international borders. According to the statistics relayed by Counterpoint Research last year, unobtrusive LG failed to even enlist itself in the top seven companies worldwide, despite being the third most predominant vendor of smartphones in the countries like the USA, just striding behind tech giants like Apple and Samsung (According to  Canalys).

What others think?

“LG left a small vacuum of the market share of approximately 2% globally’’, asserted Neil Shah (Vice president of widely acknowledged research firm Counterpoint Research). Now, this void will eventually be successfully filled by a trailblazer like Samsung and other small players especially in countries like South Korea and the United States of America.

People on social media met LG’s decision with great nostalgia. Many users showed their appreciation for the brand by posting the picture of their very first LG phone.

LG introduced a one of its kind, curved smartphone in 2013. It became one of the first company to have introduced this  futuristic technology in the smartphone market. Additionally, LG brought its last renditiong to light a few months ago. They unveiled a phone that could be easily rolled up to be morphed into a tablet.

LG has always been in the limelight for its unconventional and innovative renditions of smartphones. However, LG often did not receive an overwhelming response for these features.

LG brought forward many technologies during the last two decades. Many of the current products will undeniably retain and build on them.
