After launching a new broadband plan to provide Disney+ Hotstar, BSNL has announced the launch of three new packs under Rs. 200. These prepaid plans are priced at Rs. 184, Rs. 185, and Rs. 186. Notably, all these plans have only Re. 1 difference, but all are valid for 28 days and provide different benefits. In addition, the telecom operator rolled out a plan of Rs. 347.

BSNL New Prepaid Plans

Let’s start with Rs. 184 plan, where users will get 1GB of data per day, unlimited calling to all networks, and 100 messages per day for 28 days. However, after using all data, the speed will be reduced to 80 kbps. In addition, this plan provides the Lystn podcast.

Moving to the Rs. 185 plan, where users will get 1GB of data per day, unlimited calling to all networks, and 100 messages per day. But, speed will be reduced by 80 kbps once the data ends. This pack also ships all benefits for 28 days.

In addition, there is a plan of Rs. 185, which allows you to get bundling of challenges and mobile gaming service. The Rs. 186 plan offers Hardy Games and BSNL Tunes, reports Telecom Talk.

BSNL Rs. 347 Plan Details

The BSNL plan of Rs. 347 offers 2GB of data daily, unlimited data, and 100 messages per day for 56 days. It includes the additional benefit like challenges arena mobile gaming service on progressive web APP by M/S Onmobile Global limited.

Apart from that, the state-run telecom operator BSNL is providing 5GB of extra data for 30 days, if someone wants to switch to BSNL from other operators. This free data facility is available until January 15.

Tecno has announced the launch of a new smartphone under the Pop series in India. The Tecno Pop 5 LTE packs a 5,000 mAh battery and comes with 14 regional languages support. The smartphone was first launched in the Phillippines and Pakistan in November last year with a 6.52-inch display.

The Tecno Pop 5 LTE sports a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS LCD (720×1,560 pixels) along with a dot notch display and 480 nits brightness. The smartphone runs Android 11 Go-based HiOS 7.6 and comes with a Smart Panel 2.0, Social Turbo themes, Digital Wellbeing, Gesture Call Picker, Parental control, Kids Mode, and more.

It is worth noting that the company has not revealed the details of the processor, but it has been launched in other markets with an Octa-core Unisoc SC96863 processor. Also, the smartphone features 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be increased through a microSD card (up to 256GB).

On the optics front, the device comes with dual cameras at the back. It includes 8MP primary camera along with an f/2.2 aperture and 2MP sensor. The handset comes with a 5MP shooter for selfies, video calling, and Micro Slit Flashlight.

Oppo has launched yet another budget “A” series smartphone in India. The latest model to join the company’s budget smartphone portfolio is the Oppo A16K which was spinning around the rumor mill for a while now. It was announced outside India last year in November and has been announced in India with the same set of features. The highlights of the latest budget Oppo A16K include an entry-level MediaTek Helio series processor and a 4,230 mAh battery unit.

The Oppo A16K has been announced with the exact same set of features as the international model. The device packs the Helio G35 processor which is an octa-core entry-level MediaTek chipset. Ahead of the OnePlus 9RT’s launch in India, rumors of the OnePlus 9R and a bunch of other older flagships getting discontinued in India started doing rounds online. Earlier this month, tipster Yogesh Brar had suggested three different models being taken off the shelves from the country including both previous OnePlus 9 models and the OnePlus 8T. Another report suggested the OnePlus 9R’s discontinuation from the Indian stores. The same source has now re-affirmed the reports of the OnePlus 9R’s non-availability post the OnePlus 9RT’s launch in India. Details are below:

OnePlus 9R Won’t Be Available For Sale In India Post OnePlus 9RT’s Launch

The OnePlus will be taken off shelves in India following the OnePlus 9RT’s India launch which is scheduled on January 14. A new report has now surfaced suggesting the device will be removed from the Indian stores to make space for the upcoming OnePlus 9RT. Other models have not been confirmed via this report.

The primary reason cited by the source for OnePlus to discontinue the OnePlus 9R is the exact same pricing as tipped for the OnePlus 9RT. Since both these OnePlus 9R series models are expected to retail with an identical price tag, it would rather make sense for the brand to instead focus on driving the sales for the new model. Note, OnePlus has not yet confirmed these reports. However, all the developments hint at the same possibility.

Since pricing is said to be the main factor for the company to pull the plugs of the OnePlus 9R, let’s quickly have a look at the same. The OnePlus 9R can be purchased via Amazon starting at Rs. 39,999. This is the current pricing of the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. [Giznext Exclusive]: Tecno Pova Neo India Launch Confirmed For Next Week; Slightly Tweaked Features In Tow

After launching the Pop 5 LTE smartphone, Tecno is all set to launch a new product in India. The company is planning to bring the Pova Neo smartphone into the country. The device has been launched in Nigeria for NGN 72,500, which is close to Rs. 13,000.

The company has also shared the same information via its official Twitter account. The tweet reads: “Get ready to witness the #UltimatePowerPlay. POVA NEO Coming Soon.” Notably, Tecno has not revealed the exact launch date, but sources close to the development told Giznext that the smartphone will be launched next week in India.

Sources also confirmed that the Tecno Pova Neo will have a 6,000 mAh battery, 6.82-inch display, 6GB -LPDDR4x Large RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. In addition, the device will have 13MP AI dual rear camera, quad flashlight, 8MP selfie camera, and dual flashlight.

For the unaware, the device has been launched in Nigeria with a 6.8-inch HD+ display, 120Hz sampling rate, and 720 × 1640 resolution. The display will also accommodate the front camera inside a waterdrop notch.

Later, the brand shared an official teaser confirming the upcoming handset to be the Xiaomi 11T Pro. The official launch is slated for January 19 in the country. Previously, the brand had created a dedicated microsite on its official website and had updated a few of the key features. Now, another fresh microsite has been created at an e-commerce platform confirming its online availability.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro aka Xiaomi HypePhone will be available for sale via Amazon in India. The e-commerce portal has also created a dedicated microsite for the upcoming Xiaomi premium range phone. Similar to Xiaomi’s official microsite, the Amazon page also confirms the January 19 launch date along with some of the specifications.

The ‘Notify Me’ page is also live on Amazon which you can click to get all the latest updates on the upcoming Xiaomi 11T Pro. Unfortunately, the pricing details are at large.
