(Last Updated On: November 13, 2021)

After launching a new variant of Spark 8, Tecno has unveiled a new smartphone in the market. The Tecno Pop 5C has been introduced in the entry-level smartphone segment. The device comes with an Android Go Edition. This is surprising as the company is known for launching devices in the mid and premium segments.

Tecno Pop 5C Specifications

As far as specifications are concerned, the device features a 5-inch IPS LCD along with a basic resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The Tecno Pop 5C comes with a 5MP primary camera along with an LED flash unit. It also has a 2MP selfies camera sensor and is backed by a 2,400 mAh battery.

The Tecno Pop 5C comes with a micro USB port instead of a Type-C port. In addition, the smartphone runs the Android 10 Go Edition. Notably, this is an entry-level device, which is why we expect that there might be no software updates regularly.

The company has not announced the price of the smartphone, but still, we expect that this device might be around Rs. 7,000. Additionally, the smartphone comes in two colour options: Dark Blue and Lake Blue. Notably, Tecno has not announced this phone in the Indian market. However, we expect that soon Tecno might announce something on that front.
