Vivo has recently launched the Y54s smartphone in China. The successor of the Vivo Y53s comes with MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor along with waterdrop- style display notch. The new device is likely to be priced at Rs. 19, 700. The device is expected to take on Nokia 7.1 Plus and the Realme 8s 5G.

Let’s start with Vivo Y54s specifications, the Vivo Y54s features a 6.51-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display and 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. On the other hand, the Nokia 7. 1 Plus comes with a 6.18-inch screen size, whereas Realme 8s 5G has a 6.5-inch full HD+ display along with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The Vivo Y54s comes with a MediaTek Helio 700 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of in-house storage. It has a dual-camera setup that includes 13MP primary camera along with a 2MP depth sensor. While the Nokia 7.1 Plus comes with Snapdragon 710 processor and it has a dual-camera set up at the back, which includes 13MP+ 12MP.
The Realme 8s 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB inhouse storage that can be expandable up to 1TB. The smartphone also features 64 MP + 2 MP+ 2 MP configuration.
On the battery front, the Nokia 7.1 Plus comes with a 3,400 mAh battery, whereas Vivo Y54s has a 5,000 mAh battery. Similarly, Realme 8s features a 5,000 mAh battery. It is also worth noting that both Vivo Y54s and the Realme 8s 5G come with a 5G support, whereas Nokia 7.1 Plus does not have 5G support.

The Vivo Y54s has been launched in China and there is no update on the Indian availability of the device. The device is priced at CNY 1,699, which is close to Rs. 19,800 for the 6GB of RAM and 128GB of variant. The phone is available in two colour options: Lake Blue and Titanium Empty Grey.
On the other hand, The Nokia 7.1 Plus has been not launched in India; however, it is expected to be priced at Rs. 18, 100. The Realme 8s 5G smartphone, which is already available in India at Rs. 17,999 and Rs. 19,999. The device comes in two storage variants 6GB/ 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Additionally, the device is available at discounts close to Rs. 1,500.
