Vivo just got done refreshing its top-of-the-line X series with three new models. The Vivo X90 5G has been introduced alongside the X90 Pro and the X90 Pro+ in the company’s home country China. Vivo has kept the same display panel on the X90 and the X90 Pro 5G models. These two phones offer a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1260 x 2800 pixels screen resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. A punch-hole camera cutout sits upfront housing the selfie lens. The game changes with the X90 Pro Plus. This model has better display specs compared to the remaining two X90 series phones. The Vivo X90 Pro+ features a 6.78-inch LTPO4 AMOLED screen with 1440 x 3200 pixels screen resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Brightness levels are also higher at 1800 nits. The new-generation Vivo X90 series brings along promising camera hardware powered by Zeiss lenses. All three models have a triple-lens setup but with a slight alteration in terms of sensors. The standard Vivo X90 5G has a 50MP main camera combined with a pair of 12MP sensors and features such as PDAF, OIS, and optical up to 2x optical zoom.  

Moving on to the Vivo X90 Pro 5G, the 50MP main camera and the 12MP ultrawide camera remains intact. However, it gets an additional 50MP telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom. Imaging capabilities also remain same such as up to 8K video recording.

The Vivo X90 Pro+ seems to be an entire game changer with its powerful quad-lens setup for primary photography. This top-tier Vivo X series phone features a 50MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 64MP periscope telephoto lens, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 48MP ultrawide sensor.
