MSI Launches Gaming Laptop In India: See Price, Specifications, And Availability

MSI has announced the launch of new gaming laptops in India. The gaming laptop comes with the latest 12th Gen Intel H series SoCs. Notably, laptops have been introduced in January; however, now all are available at MSI authorized online and offline resellers.

The newly launched laptops are priced between Rs.1,11,990 lakh to Rs. 4,81,990 lakh. These laptops are known as Katana, Stealth, Raider, Vector, Pulse, and Crosshair.

In addition, the company is providing an early bird offer that will give consumers a $50 steam wallet code for free until March 15. However, this offer is applicable on the purchase of the MSI 12th gen laptop.

NVIDIA GeForce ETX laptop comes with an Ampere architecture, 3rd generation Tensor Cores for DLSS, AI, and 2nd generation RT Cores for ray tracing. The new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop has the flagship 80 Ti class of GPUs and this is for the first time. The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti is expected to be 70 percent faster than RTX 2070 laptop and is likely to provide 100 frames per second.

“We are delighted to announce our new line-up of products for 2022 in the Indian market. With this new range which is an amalgamation of both creator and gaming laptops, we are entering a new era wherein human beings will interact with us through a combination of VR, AR, cloud system, AI, and internet technology,” said Green Lin, Regional Marketing Manager, MSI.

The company also said that gaming laptops come with a performance improvement, including a 30 to 40 percent increase in CPU performance.

With the new laptops, we are not only providing the best performance products for gamers to exceed their capabilities but also providing the best efficiency for digital content creators to explore the infinite possibilities that lie ahead,” he added.

Tecno Pova 5G Smartphone

Tecno Pova 5G is already available in Nigeria and soon it will be launched in India. The device will be available on Amazon India and will have 6.9-inch IPS LCD display along with a Full HD+ 1080 x 2460 pixel resolution. Under the hood, the device will have MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC and will be paired with 8GB of RAM.

Vivo 1T 5G Smartphone

Vivo is planning to bring new smartphone on February 9. The Vivo 1T 5G is likely to be available under Rs. 20,000. Besides, the T series is likely to replace the company’s Y series. Vivo T1 5G To Be Flipkart Exclusive In India; Landing Page Confirms

Vivo is bringing a new smartphone lineup to India. The first model in the upcoming ‘T’ series, would be the T1 5G. The Vivo T1 5G is slated to launch next month in the country. The company had previously launched the affordable 5G smartphone in the international market. Now, ahead of the February 9 India launch, online availability has been concerned.

Vivo T1 5G Online India Availability Confirmed

The Vivo T1 5G will be launched on February 9 in India. This is the first T-series Vivo phone in the country which will be sold via e-commerce giant Flipkart in India. The online retailer has also created a microsite for the next budget Vivo 5G phone on its platform which confirms the aforementioned launch date and 12 PM arrival time.

The microsite will be updated starting February 3 with the features. It is worth mentioning that the Vivo T1 5G will be available for purchase exclusively via Flipkart in the country. Rumors are rife the pricing of the upcoming 5G phone could be under Rs. 20,000 in the country. However, Vivo has not backed this information and the actual pricing would only be confirmed once the handset goes official.

Vivo T1 5G Specifications Expected In India

The Vivo T1 5G wouldn’t be announced with the same set of internals as the Chinese counterpart. The handset will be using the Snapdragon 695 processor instead of the Snapdragon 778G SoC used in the international model. It is expected to arrive with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage. It is said to ship with Android 11 OS topped with a Fun Touch OS interface.

Besides the processor, the imaging setup, display, and battery would be the same as the Chinese model. The Vivo T1 5G in India will come with a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display that will support 1080p FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It will offer a flat-edged frame design like the images shared on the Flipkart microsite.

The display will have a punch-hole for a 16MP selfie snapper.  The rear camera setup would feature a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. The handset will be driven by a 5,000 mAh aided by fast charging support.

Realme is expected to launch Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ smartphones on February 15. However, several reports have been surfacing online that reveal the specifications of these devices. In fact, the company also posted a teaser that shows that the Realme 9 Pro+ smartphone will monitor heart rate.

Realme CEO Madhav Sheth shared via his official Twitter account that the device will feature a heart rate sensor that can monitor the heartbeat. He also shared a video in his tweet that reveals the feature in action.

As per the video shared by Sheth, the heart rate sensor of the device will work along with a fingerprint sensor of the product. There is also a tool in the phone that can store old readings.

Budget 2022: 5G Services To Be Available In 2022-23

Even though telecom operators are looking for extra time to conduct the 5G trials, the government is all set to auction the spectrum this year. However, the mobile services will be only available in 2023, which means Indians have to wait a long to use the 5G devices.

“Spectrum auctions will be conducted in 2022 to facilitate the roll-out of 5G mobile services within 2022-23 by private telecom providers,” Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced during her Union Budget 2022-23 speech.

She states that both the telecom sector and 5G services can enable growth and will provide job opportunities. “A scheme for design-led manufacturing will be launched to build a strong ecosystem for 5G as part of the production-linked incentive scheme,” FM Sitharaman said.
