OnePlus has announced the launch of a new smartphone in India. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is the successor of the OnePlus Nord CE 5G, which was launched last year. The newly launched device is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, 64MP triple camera at the back, and Android 11 out of the box.
Besides, the device OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, supports 65W Super VOOC fast charging, and a dedicated microSD card slot.

The device runs Android 11 OS along with the company’s OxygenOS 11 running on top. The device sports a 6.43-inch full- HD+ Fluid AMOLED display along with a 90Hz refresh rate. Also, the smartphone comes with an HDR10+ certification, Gorilla Glass 5 protection, pixel density of 409ppi, sRGB, and Display P3 colour gamut support.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, ARM Mali-G68 GPU, and 8GB of RAM. Also, the camera sports 64MP primary camera with 0.7 micrometre pixel size, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 119-degree of view. Both cameras also come with electronic image stabilization.
The device also supports a 2MP macro camera along with an f/2.4 aperture lens. You will also find a 16MP Sony IMX471 camera for selfies. In addition, the device features 128GB of storage that can be increased up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.
There are also some connectivity options like NFC, GPS, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and A-GPS. Furthermore, the device features an accelerometer, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack, 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC fast charging. Besides, the device weighs 173 grams and measures 160.6×73.2×7.8mm.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will cost you Rs. 23,999 and Rs. 24,999. The device comes with two storage variants such as 6GB/ 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The smartphone has been launched in two colours: Grey Mirror and Bahama Blue. Furthermore, it will be available on Amazon, the official website, and retail stores from February 22.
