Samsung India today (May 13, 2025) launched the final variant in the Galaxy S25 series. After months of wait, the Galaxy S25 Edge has been introduced in the country. The latest edition comes as the slimmest model in this flagship lineup accommodating powerful set of specs such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a massive 200MP main camera, a 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, etc. Here are the top highlight offered by the Samsung’s newest Galaxy S25 series member.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge stands out with its ultra-slim profile where it weighs just 163 gms and measures just 5.8mm in thickness. It gets a curved edge profile wrapped around with titanium frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 coating and IP68 rating for that added durability.
It gets a curved edge profile for the perfect grip and has a massive 6.7-inch screen. It’s the same Dynamic AMOLED 2x panel as the remaining Galaxy S25 series phones that supports a QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

Powering the Galaxy S25 Edge is the Qualcomm’s current flagship mobile chipset, i.e., the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Just like its older siblings, the Galaxy S25 Edge will also deliver smooth performance and will be taking on extensive tasks with ease. Configuration options include 12GB RAM+ 256GB and 12GB+ 512GB. To keep the processor ticking, the S25 Edge comes equipped with a 3,900 mAh battery combined with 25W fast charging. This unit will also ship with the Android 15-based OneUI 7.0.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge continues to carry the legacy and brings along a powerful imaging setup both at the rear and upfront. The primary optics hardware include a 200MP main lens which is a wide sensor supporting OIS and 2x optical zoom. This massive lens is further clubbed with a 12MP ultra-wide lens which has an f/2.0 aperture.
