Vivo has officially introduced an entirely new Android smartphone lineup for the budget-conscious audience in India. The latest entrant in the “T” series is the T1 5G which is a 5G ready handset under Rs. 20,000. The Vivo T1 5G has been launched with a slightly different set of internals than the Chinese counterpart. Vivo T1 5G Key Features And Specifications In India
The Vivo T1 5G has been launched in India with the Snapdragon 695 processor. Just for reference, the Chinese version of the Vivo T1 5G is driven by the Snapdragon 778G chipset. The new Vivo T series phone has been announced in India with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. It has additional storage expansion support via a microSD card.
The Vivo T1 5G’s remaining set of features is similar to the Chinese variant. We are speaking of the display, battery, and camera specifications. The display panel used is IPS LCD that measures 6.58-inches. The panel supports 1080 x 2408 pixels FHD+ screen resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
In terms of optics, the Vivo T1 5G has been equipped with three cameras at the back and one selfie snapper. The back panel features a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. The main camera is aided by a pair of 2MP secondary sensors with an f/2.0 aperture for depth and macro sensors. The selfie snapper is a 16MP lens that has an f/2.0 aperture.
The Vivo T1 5G runs on Android 11 OS and has a custom FunTouch OS interface. The device offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The device offers connectivity options such as 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth V5.1, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It has a 5,000 mAh battery keeping the lights on. There is 18W fast charging support as well.

The Vivo T1 5G has been launched in three different configurations in India. The base model which has 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 15,990, while the mid-tier model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model will cost you Rs. 16,990.
The top-of-the-line model which offers 8GB RAM is announced at Rs. 19,990 price tag. The color options that you can select from include Starlight Black and Rainbow Fantasy. The online sale starts on February 14 in India via Flipkart and major brick and mortar stores in the country.
