OPPO Enco Air3 Pro Design: Build Quality, Wearing Comfort
The OPPO Enco Air3 Pro ships with a pebble-shaped charging case and in-ear earbuds design. At first, the Enco Air3 Pro looks familiar to its successor, i.e., the Enco Air2 Pro. However, OPPO has surely improved the overall design language with the new-gen model. The glossy finish along with the smoothly curbed edges giving a feel of a glass layer on the case’s top makes it all premium.
OPPO hasn’t solely focused on the looks of the Enco Air3 Pro but also has kept the durability factor in mind. The case as well as the earbuds feels sturdy and can easily resist a few accidental drops. The compact design along with a lightweight form factor makes it easy to carry around in the pockets. While the case is all durable, the glossy finish is prone to scratches.
Therefore, it would be wise to keep coins, keys, and other sharp objects away from it while carrying it outdoors. Speaking of wearing comfort, the in-ear design of the earbuds fits well in your ears. You can also pick the suitable eartip size for added comfort. The wearing experience isn’t hampered even if you plug in the pair for long durations. Also, the earbuds are IP5 certified which safeguards them from dust, sweat, and water splashes.
For playback and call controls, the Enco Air3 Pro earbuds get touch controls. The feedback is good and you’ll feel it convenient for day-to-day usage. Overall, the Enco Air3 Pro’s design layout is not only appealing but also practical for everyday use.
The Enco Air3 Pro is one of the most advanced TWS earbuds in its segment. The earbuds pack 12.4mm dynamic drivers. The bamboo-fiber diaphragm is first-of-its kind with any Enco series TWS. It is touted to refine the overall sound quality. The frequency response range is 20- 40KHz which is now becoming standard with mid-range TWS. The Enco Air3 Pro also feature ANC which definitely is the star highlight when considering a price bucket under Rs. 5,000.
And it’s a functional ANC that wouldn’t disappoint you with blocking surrounding noises when activated. You can long press and hold the left earbud to change the audio mode or use the Hey Melody app for the customization. The audio clarity is good and you will surely love grooving to your favorite track while on the go. The ANC is effective in noisy background situations and can block wind as well as traffic noise better than the rivals in this league.
The Enco Air3 Pro earbuds are also suitable for gaming. It offers low-latency mode which you can access from the HeyMelody app. Once enabled, this feature will automatically start functioning during gaming. But if you are someone who primarily is considering this pair for music and movies, you wouldn’t be disappointed here. The sound stage is wide and the lows, mids, and highs are tuned well to enhance the listening experience. The bass is punchy which should attract most of the users.
There are a bunch of additional modes with which you can optimize the audio as per requirements. Some of these options include High-quality audio, Golden audio, and OPPO Alive Video. The pair is further able to produce a rich and vibrant sound stage with the added audio codecs. This new-generation Enco Air-series TWS earbud has LDAC, AAC, and SBC Bluetooth codecs that help with high-resolution delivery by allowing lossless transmission.
The OPPO Enco Air3 Pro features Bluetooth 5.3 and offers standard connectivity with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and even smart TVs. The TWS earbuds also feature fast pairing which allows swift connection with compatible devices. All you need to do is take out the earbuds from the charging case and activate Bluetooth on your respective device for quick pairing.
We didn’t experience any issues while connecting the Enco Air3 Pro with various devices. In fact, the multi-device connect support is one of the welcome features that this TWS erabuds offer. The calling experience with this pair has also been great. No audio muffling or distortions you hear while answering/ making calls.
The Enco Air3 Pro earbuds pack a 43mAh battery each, while the charging case is integrated with a 440 mAh battery. The overall backup claimed is up to 30 hours along with the charging case. We tested this pair thoroughly and can back the company claim. With modest settings and audio levels, the Enco Air 3 Pro can last more than a day without requiring a re-plug. As for the charging time, it takes around 1.5 hours for the charging case to get a full charge.
OPPO Enco Air3 Pro Final Verdict: Best In Its League?
The OPPO Enco Air3 Pro is undeniably a fully loaded TWS earbud that you can buy under Rs. 5,000 in India. It offers a complete solution to audiophiles who are looking to upgrade to a premium yet budget-freindly audio accessory for daily use. The peppy and high-res sound stage it offers is a treat for daily music listening. Also, the powerful battery backup allows the pair to deliver seamless and uninterrupted listening sessions.
