While the filing of a trademark does not guarantee the production of a specific model, two significant factors have fueled speculations. In 2020, Bajaj established Chetak Technologies, a subsidiary dedicated to the development of electric two-wheelers. Bajaj Auto holds a 48 percent stake in KTM AG, the parent company of motorcycle brands KTM and Husqvarna. This connection raises the possibility that ‘Vector’ might be a rebadged version of the Husqvarna Vektorr, potentially offering a sportier variant of the Chetak EV. However, it’s crucial to emphasize that these are currently speculative assumptions.
