Honor made a comeback in the Indian market last year with the launch of the Honor Pad 8 mid-range Android tablet. The company is getting ready to revamp its tablet lineup with another new model in the country. This time, the Honor Pad X8 tablet is heading to the Indian shores which previously made a debut in China along with the Honor X40 smartphone. Honor Pad X8 Tablet Official India Launch Date
The Honor Pad X8 tablet will be launched on June 22 in India, i.e., tomorrow. The upcoming Honor tablet will be launched as an affordable option priced under Rs. 15,000. Ahead of the official launch, the Honor Pad X8’s online availability is also confirmed. It will be sold via Amazon in the country. A product page listing of the new Honor tablet further reveals the configuration and pricing details.
According to Amazon, the Honor Pad X8 tablet will be launched with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option that will cost Rs. 11,999. The tablet was also introduced with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage in China but the pricing for this variant is currently unknown.
A cover will also be shipped free along with the tablet’s retail box. Notably, the Honor Pad X8 tablet has been launched in Mint Green and Dawn Blue shades in China and we can expect the same color options in the Indian market too.

As mentioned above, the Honor Pad X8 tablet is an entry-level tablet that is powered by the octa-core Helio G80 gaming chipset from MediaTek. The tablet is expected to launch with 4GB/ 6GB RAM option in the country. The storage variants paired will be 64GB/128 GB. It will also offer provision for storage expansion via an external microSD card.
Speaking of the other aspects, the Honor Pad X8 will flaunt a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display that will support an FHD resolution. The panel will further offer a 16:9 aspect ratio, 80.6 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 224 PPI pixel density. A 5,100 mAh battery unit will keep the Hoor pad X8’s processor ticking.
