  •  Now click on the network in “Available Networks” and reconnect using your password. 

Forget Or Erase Previous WiFi Networks

As expected, your device will try to connect to the best WiFi network if it has connected before. This means that if you have multiple WiFi networks available inside, you can try jumping between devices near them if you’ve been connected at least once.

  •  Go to Settings 
  • Then, tap on the System → Reset options

Try Increasing Your Router’s Network Range

Although the network speed is faster in the 5 GHz band, the range is lower than the existing 2.4 GHz band. So if your WiFi keeps dropping on Android, you can switch the router to a lower AP band.

 To do that, you may need to examine your router’s settings in detail. In case your Android device is already connected by the mobile hotspot, follow these steps to change the AP band.

  • Access your quick settings from your home screen.
  • Now press and hold the hotspot icon. 
  • Press Hotspot Settings. 
  • Tap the AP band to change it to 4GHz.
  •  Save your hotspot settings and reconnect your Android phone to see your changes.

Force Stopping The Apps That are Interfering with Your WiFi Network
