The list of free PlayStation Plus Essential games for January 2023 has been announced. It is the base tier of three Plus subscriptions that let you play games online as well as lets you add three or more games to your library for free. Even if there is a gap before renewal, you will have access to them as long as you are a subscriber. Axiom Verge 2, Fallout 76, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4/PS5) will all be available for users to purchase starting on January 3.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Star Wars Jedi - Fallen Order

This game will be available on PS4 and PS5 gaming consoles. The game focuses on the player discovering Cal Kestis’s backstory. “You are the last remaining Jedi Padawan and their final hope of survival following the events of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Senator Palpatine’s terrible Order 66, which were intended to destroy the Jedi order and open the way for the Empire to rise,” Sony stated. In the game, players will use their Jedi skills to battle against the Empire and its dangerous Inquisitors. New monsters, enemies, people, and droids are all included in the game.

Fallout 76

Fallout 76

This game will be available only on PS4. The game’s narrative takes place in post-nuclear America in the year 2102. In the game, the players will have to stroll through a sizable wasteland devastated by nuclear war and build a new world order. Teams or individuals can both play this game.

Axiom Verge 2

Axiom Verge 2

Both the PS4 and PS5 gaming consoles will support this game. In this game, players can hack devices, fight creatures, and use their remote drone to enter the Breach, a parallel but connected reality with its own perils. The alternate Earth-like world is full of the remnants of an ancient, high-tech civilization. Sony says you’ll need to look everywhere for the upgrades and hidden items you’ll need to survive.
