A reliable source on Weibo, Digital Chat Station, has revealed some key specifications of the Reno 12. The phone is said to have a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. The camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. However, there’s no information about the selfie camera yet. The phone is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. One of the highlights will be its thin and light design with a micro curved screen.

A leaked render by tipster Fixed Focus Digital shows the expected design of the Reno 12. It features a mint-colored textured back panel with a camera module on the top left, consisting of three lenses placed vertically with a flashlight. The branding is located at the bottom.
