Vivo is likely to launch a new smartphone. Notably, the smartphone maker is planning to bring the successor of the Vivo V23 series. In fact, ahead of the launch, the moniker of the upcoming device has been listed on the IMEI database and RAM storage of the device is surfacing online.
According to the India Today report, the company is expected to launch the Vivo V25 smartphone series in India. It includes the Vivo V25 Pro, Vivo V25, and the Vivo V25e. So, let’s take a look at the details of the upcoming series in the country.
Vivo V25 Smartphone Series: Expected India Launch
As per the report, the Vivo V25 will be the first smartphone in the same series. The base variant of the Vivo V25 smartphone is likely to launch on August 17 or August 18 in the country. This means the launch is likely to take place after six weeks, while the Vivo V25 Pro device is likely to be available later in the country.
Also, the smartphone is likely to bring a new variant of the Vivo V25 and Vivo V25 Pro in September this year. In addition, the company might launch V25e in the country. However, it is worth noting that the company might not announce the list of smartphones that will be launched in the same series.
But, there is no word on the launch yet. Also, the report claims that the launch date depends upon the Covid -19 pandemic.
Vivo V25 Smartphone Series: Expectations
The base variant of the V25 smartphone will have .62-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 778G or MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, 4,500mAh battery, 44W or 66W fast charging support. On the other hand, the Vivo V25 Pro will be available in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB storage variants.
Furthermore, the Pro version of the device will have a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It will also have a triple camera on the back, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP portrait camera. The smartphone will support a 32MP camera on the front. It will be powered by an 8100 processor and will have a 4500mAh battery along with 80W fast charging support.
