Xiaomi has ended its support for Redmi phones. Yes, you read it right as the smartphone maker has come up with a new list, which mentions that few devices of the Redmi will not get support. The company has asserted that it will not assist Redmi phones. This means no firmware or software updates from Xiaomi.
It is worth noting that Xiaomi is providing quarterly and monthly security updates for two years to its devices. But some report claims that premium devices might get support for a longer time. However, the company has issued an end of support (EOS) list of all smartphones that will not get support from Xiaomi.
