The Chinese tech giant is currently getting ready to launch its most premium Android smartphone called the Xiaomi 14 Ultra sometime in the Q2 of 2024. Additionally, the company is also rumored to refresh its tablet lineup with the launch of the Pad 7 lineup. The Xiaomi Pad 7 series will be comprising of two models and is now frequently making appearances online. The latest Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro tablet leak comes via GSMChina. The publication has shared insight into the battery capacity as well as the charging speeds that will be offered by the upcoming flagship Xiaomi tablet.

According to the leak, Xiaomi will be packing the Pad 7 Pro tablet with a beefy 10,000 mAh battery. Now, this is an upgrade in the battery size when we compare it with its successor, i.e., the Pad 6 Pro which uses an 8,600 mAh battery.
Not just the battery size, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will also be offering faster charging speeds compared to its predecessor. The new Xiaomi tablet is said to come with a 120W fast charging support. For reference, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro arrived with 67W fast charging capabilities.

Well, only the battery capacity and the size have been revealed by the new leak. But thanks to the past rumors we are aware of the remaining key features that the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is expected to offer. Starting with the display, it is rumored to flaunt a 10-inch screen. The panel type will be LCD similar to the previous model.
The display resolution could be 1480 x 2367 pixels and the refresh rate will likely be 144Hz. Optics could be handled by a 50MP dual lens camera module at the rear. Selfie camera details are not known as of now.
This new flagship Xiaomi tablet is further rumored to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It will possibly ship with up to 12GB RAM to handle multitasking. The storage option tipped for the Pad 7 Pro is up to 512GB. There could be provision for storage expansion via hybrid microSD card slot. We might also see the tablet boot on Android 14 OS layered with new HyperOS UI.
