However, if the aforementioned manual steps also doesn’t work and you are sure there is no hardware defect with the printer or the connected laptop or PC, you can try uninstalling and re-installing the printer driver package. You need to have authenticated system files for the same.

All you need to do is remove the printer driver package from the control panel’s ‘Program and  Features’ option. Once you are done with the uninstallation process. Re-install the printer’s supported drivers via disk drive, USB, or online methods.

You will see the printer status back online once the drivers are re-installed properly. However, if despite all your efforts your printer isn’t showing an online status, you should consider consulting authentic service centres to resolve the issue.
