Micromax is a well-known name in the Indian market. The company made its comeback in the smartphone market of Indian in December 2020 with the launch of two smartphones – Micromax IN 1B and IN Note 1. Now, recently the company has launched the successor of the IN 1B in India and it is called the IN 2B. So, in this article, we have shared with you the Pros and Cons of the all-new Micromax IN 2B smartphone.

PROS

Design and Colour Variants – The new Micromax IN 2B is a good looking smartphone. The company has worked on its design and the gradient finish on its back panel looks nice. The Micromax IN 2B is available in India in three colour variants. They are Blue, Black and Green.

Camera – The new Micromax IN 2B sports a dual-camera set-up at the rear. The primary camera of the smartphone is a 13 MP shooter with f/1.8 aperture and it gets a 2 MP secondary sensor. At the front, it features a 5 MP camera for selfies and videos.

Massive Battery – The Micromax IN 2B packs a massive 5000mAh battery and it can easily last for more than 24 hours for most users.

Display – The new Micromax IN 2B features a 6.52-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. This display panel has a maximum brightness level of 400 nits.

Price – Micromax has launched the new IN 2B smartphone in two variants. The base variant that gets 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage has been priced at Rs 7,999 while the top variant with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage has been priced at Rs 8,999.

CONS

Processor – The new Micromax IN 2B is powered by the Unisoc T610 octa-core processor which comes paired with ARM Mali G52 GPU. This processor isn’t that widely used in India and it’s a low-end SoC.

No Fast Charger – The Micromax IN 2B packs a massive 5000mAh battery but sadly, it doesn’t get a fast charger. It gets a regular 10W charger only.

Brand Value – Micromax was once defunct in India and now they are back. However, the company’s brand value isn’t that good, especially when there are rivals like Realme, Xiaomi’s Redmi series, Infinix, etc.
