OnePlus has once again rattled the flagship smartphone market in India with its latest flagship, i.e, the OnePlus 10 Pro. It is the company’s first high-end phone which is driven by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core chipset. But the OnePlus 10 Pro isn’t the first handset to be introduced with this Qualcomm top-tier processor. iQOO 9 Pro is one of the early birds that debuted in India packed with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

Now, both OnePlus 10 Pro and the iQOO 9 Pro have the necessary hardware to deliver a high-end gaming experience. But which out of the two has got all the aspects in place and takes the crown for the best power flagship Android phone in India? This comparison article will help you decide.

OnePlus 10 Pro Vs iQOO 9 Pro: Display Specifications

The OnePlus 10 Pro features one of the most powerful displays in its segment. It features a 6.67-inch LTPO Fluid AMOLED display that delivers a QHD+ resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels. The refresh rate supported by the OnePlus 10 Pro’s display is 120H, while the pixel density is set at 525 PPI. The OnePlus 10 Pro display also comes with HDR10+ certification and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

The iQOO 9 Pro competes with the OnePlus 10 Pro with a slightly bigger 6.78-inch display that supports 1400 x 3200 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The iQOO 9 Pro’s display is also HDR10+ certified like the OnePlus 10 Pro and offers 1000 nits of peak brightness. Both these flagships OnePlus and iQOO phones have a high-resolution display and have similar specs, but the latter takes extra points for its larger screen size.

While OnePlus devices are known for all-rounder performance, iQOO phones are majorly popular as gaming phones. But this time iQOO has packed potent camera hardware in the iQOO 9 Pro that can give other flagships like the OnePlus 10 Pro a hard run. Speaking of the specifications, the OnePlus 10 Pro features Hasselblad series triple rear camera setup. The main camera offered by the OnePlus flagship is a 48MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture.

The primary camera supports multi-directional PDAF, and OIS, and is combined with an 8MP telephoto sensor with PDAF, and 3.3x optical zoom. The OnePlus 10 Pro’s rear camera setup also accommodates a 50MP main camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

The iQOO 9 Pro features a 50MP main camera which comes with gimbal stabilization, PDAF, and OIS combined with another 50MP sensor for ultrawide shots and a 16MP telephoto sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. On paper, the iQOO 9 Pro has better rear camera hardware where the gimbal stabilization is one of the biggest highlights. However, the OnePlus 10 Pro is ahead in the selfie camera race with its bigger 32MP selfie camera. The iQOO 9 Pro is packed with a 16MP selfie camera that has an f/2.5 aperture.

This is one segment where both OnePlus 10 Pro and the iQOO 9 Pro fair equally. The chipset driving both the OnePlus and the iQOO phones is Qualcomm’s new-generation premium Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The octa-core chipset built on 7nm fabrication supports Adreno 730 GPU to render intensive graphics. The RAM and storage configurations are also identical on both smartphones. The OnePlus 10 Pro and the iQOO 9 Pro are announced with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage configuration.

As for the battery capacity, the OnePlus 10 Pro gets its fuel via a 5,000 mAh battery while the iQOO 9 Pro gets a smaller 4,700 mAh battery unit. The fast charging speeds is where the iQOO 9 Pro takes up the lead. While the OnePlus 10 Pro features 80W fast wired charging, the iQOO 9 Pro has 120W fast charging support.
