Bluetooth SIG Listing Reveals Nokia G42 5G And G310 5G Specifications

The Nokia G42 5G is allegedly a mid-range phone that Nokia is developing. The gadget was recently discovered on the testing website Geekbench, and it has since turned up in the Bluetooth SIG authority’s database. Another Nokia phone, the Nokia G310 5G, also obtained Bluetooth certification.

The Bluetooth SIG certification confirms that the Nokia G310 5G and Nokia G42 5G will be launched to the market under the model numbers TA-1573 and TA-1591 / TA-1581, respectively. Both phones’ Bluetooth listings indicated that they supported Bluetooth 5.1 and provided information on their main features.

According to Bluetooth listings, the 6.5-inch LCD screens on the Nokia G42 5G and Nokia G310 5G will have a V-shaped notch. The display will offer up to 560 nits of brightness, a 20:9 aspect ratio, an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Gorilla Glass 3 will be used as a layer of protection for the screen.

Both smartphones will be powered by the Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G CPU. The Android 13 operating system will be preinstalled on both devices.

The Nokia G42 5G was discovered to have 4 GB of RAM on Geekbench. According to some rumors, it will also be available with 6 GB RAM and support up to 128 GB of storage. The size of the battery or camera combinations for the device is not currently known.

The Nokia G42 5G and Nokia G310 5G share the same display and chipset, as seen above. Whether the other specifications of these phones will be the same or different is still unknown.
