Motorola has announced the release of its upcoming Razr model with the latest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Under its Razr foldable series, the company has unveiled two models since it was first introduced in 2019. However, the previous-gen Moto Razr models were not powered by the flagship Snapdragon 800 series chipsets. Motorola made this announcement via its official Weibo page.

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Chipset Will Power the Motorola Razr

Motorola has released another new poster touting its upcoming Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship smartphone. The Motorola Razr 3 will be arriving as a successor to its 2020 Motorola Razr foldable phone. As spotted by Notebookcheck, the general manager of Motorola, Shen Jun, has posted a photo on Weibo that hints at the next foldable phone’s arrival. He also confirms that the phone will be equipped by the newest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 series processor. A foldable phone silhouette can also be seen in the poster hinting at its foldable design. The upcoming device is expected to have rounder edges and a boxier design.

Motorola Razr 3 Specifications (Expected)

The upcoming Motorola Razr 3 is expected to come in multiple RAM and storage configurations. As per the leaks, we might get to see 8GB/12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of in-built storage. Leakster Evan Blass reveals that the smartphone will have a Full-HD+ resolution display.

As for the optics, the Motorola Razr 3 is said to have dual cameras on the back. The imaging setup is said to feature a 50MP primary shooter paired with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle.  The secondary sensor will also double up as a macro lens. The punch-hole cutout on the front is expected to house a 32MP lens for selfies and video chats. The phone is said to arrive in Tranquil Blue and Quartz Black color options.

Motorola Razr 3 Launch Date (Expected)

According to multiple reports, the Motorola Razr 3 is likely to arrive sometime in July or August this year. Besides, tipster Evan Blass stated that the upcoming smartphone will be released in China first in late July or early August, and then globally. Currently, we don’t have any information about its India launch but we will keep you posted once we get the update.

A tweet shared by noted tipster Mukul Sharma reveals the full design as well as the display specifications of the Moto E32s. The upcoming Moto E series phone seems to flaunt an identical design to the standard Moto E32. The Moto E32s leaked render images show a tall front panel with a narrow bezel profile. The Moto E32s will feature a punch-hole camera cutout positioned at the center-top of the panel. The back panel of the Moto E32s has gradient skin in a greyish tone. As per the tipster, this is the Moto E32s’ Slate Gray color variant. The budget Moto E series phone is further seen with a vertical camera island on the upper left of the back panel. The iconic Moto “M” logo is inscribed at the center of the rear panel.

It isn’t clear from the leaked renders if the Moto E32s will have a rear or side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. It will be clear once the device is announced officially in the Indian market. The Moto E32’s side panel can be further seen mounting the power and the volume keys on the right spine, while the SIM card tray is visible on the left panel. The bottom panel seems to pack a USB Type-C port along with a 3.5mm headphone jack and the speaker grille.

The tipster has also revealed some of the key specifications of the next Motorola budget Android phone. The Moto E32s is said to ship with a 6.5-inch display. It will be an IPS LCD screen that will support a 90Hz refresh rate. It is currently not known if the panel will feature an HD+ or FHD+ screen resolution. Samsung Galaxy A13 5G Key Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is expected to launch in Europe and India with the Dimensity 700 processor. The octa-core 5G chipset will be clubbed with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The budget Galaxy A series phone will also have an external microSD card support. The handset is expected to flaunt a 6.5-inch display.

OPPO will be unveiling the Reno8 series this week itself in China. The vanilla Reno8 will be tagging alongside the Reno8 Pro and the Reno8 Pro+ model. OPPO Reno8 TENAA Listing Reveals Full Specifications

The OPPO Reno8 5G is listed on the TENAA mobile certification portal with the PGBM10 model number. Notably, the same model number is mentioned on the Chinese retailer website, i.e, JD.com. As mentioned above, the TENAA listing has revealed all the key specifications. The listing shows an octa-core chipset with a 3GHz clock speed. It confirms the vanilla Reno8 will indeed launch with the new-gen Dimensity 1300 chipset. It will be the first handset by OPPO with the latest Dimensity processor.

Just yesterday, OnePlus also unveiled its first Dimensity 1300 chipset-powered handset, i.,e the Nord 2T. With the latest development, it is clear that the OPPO Reno8 will go up against the OnePlus Nord 2T in India and other markets. Along with the processor, the Reno8 TENAA certification listing also reveals an 8GB/12GB RAM configuration. The storage option available could be up to 256GB. It will ship with Android 12 OS along with a custom ColorOS skin.

The OPPO Reno8’s certification listing further hints at an AMOLED display panel. The display will measure 6.43-inches and will support an FHD+ screen resolution. The refresh rate will either be 90Hz or 120Hz. The vanilla Reno8’s camera specification will include three sensors at the back. The main camera on the Reno8 will be a 50MP lens which will be combined with a pair of 2MP lenses.

The selfie sensor packed inside the standard Reno8 will be a 32MP lens, as per the TENAA certification website. Notably, all these features corroborate with all the recent leaks. Additionally, the Reno8 battery capacity listed on TENAA is 2,200 mAh dual-cell. This indicates the handset could be backed with a 4,500 mAh (total capacity) battery.
